“This condo is now one of my favorite places I've ever visited. The view off the balcony is breath taking. You can sit out and enjoy watching the boats and ocean waves. The unit is well equipped with cooking supplies, beach gear, smart TV, and comfortable furniture. It was hot outside and the AC in the unit kept the inside a very comfortable temperature. We really enjoyed the decor of the unit, and there is a big sliding door that opens up from the bedroom into the living room so you can enjoy……

“There were ten of us and the house was perfect! We saw whales from the club house every morning around 7am. We had the chef come in three times and the food and margaritas were really good! There is a grocery store across the street from the gate entrance that we got our supplies from. We had to cross a busy street but it was very convenient. Went into town once which was only 10-15 min ride. We loved being on the rooftop at night under the stars! We will definitely be coming back!!”

“We know the Estancia property well and really enjoyed staying at this Estancia unit in Cabo. Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus! Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes. Our kids loved……

“Well equipped condo in a friendly community with a beautiful view of Cabo San Lucas harbor. We had everything we needed for our stay. And if we had any questions or desires, the answers were a phone call away. Highly recommend!”

“We stayed three nights and had wifi for 6 hours. Had to use wifi at the rooftop pool. Lotsa communication back and forth to no avail. The water in the pool is not heated so my husband passed on the pool experience. I swim often in cool water and found it uncomfortable, sadly. Bed was comfy and the place was nice. ”

“La ubicación de la propiedad es muy buena, tiene varios supermercados cerca, es bonita la propiedad, lo único malo es que mi reservación no me la agendaron como era, yo había pedido un departamento con 2 camas king size y primero me dieron un departamento con una cama matrimonial y después me resolvieron y me dieron otro departamento con 2 camas matrimoniales pero no king size. Ese fue el único punto en contra, además que no dan un número local para resolver dudas, solo las atienden por correo……

“We came to cabo for my bachelorette and the house was perfect for 8 girls. There were a couple of small things that need to be fixed like the air conditioning in the master and the hot water in the master but other than that the house is beautiful, perfect and safe location, we would stay here again.”
