Nice place to stay the night before boarding a ferry back to the UK. Plenty of parking and near the centre. Room was basic but clean. Breakfast was buffet style and pretty good.

Really good hotel. Old building but excellent facilities and staff. Very good breakfast. Not many shops or restaurants nearby to walk to but plenty within 5 minute drive. Plenty of secure parking.

Ok for a brief visit.

A one night stop en route to San Sebastian. The hotel was quiet, staff were helpful and friendly, however we weren't able to use the bar due to a private function, and the restaurant was closed, resulting in us going out in the pouring rain. A coffee machine in the room, however no coffee available. Breakfast was good, however we felt it was a rip off paying for parking for a hotel that was not in the centre.

We have stayed at this hotel twice on this trip, at the start and the end. The proximity to the airport is handy, as is the car park. The rooms were clean but old and tired. Breakfast was too late for us as we left for the airport at 7:15 (it doesn't start until 8:15). Too late in my view. The check in process took much too long. We were the only customers and it still took around 20 minutes. This was despite previously having our passport details.

Het was een oud gebouw,op een locatie waar je goed ter been moet zijn. De straten in san Sebastián zijn erg stijl. Vriendelijk personeel, kamers zijn schoon. Prachtig oud gebouw aan de buitenkant. Het mist de oude charmes aan de binnenkant.

Locatie; zeker zijn prijs waard!

Zeer goed meegevallen. Voldeed volledig aan onze verwachting. Ruime kamer met uitzicht op de prachtige tuin. Elke dag opmaken van de bedden en kuisen van de badkamer. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt; veel vers fruit en lekkere koffie vonden wij tof. Hadden een kamer op het 2de verdiep; lift aanwezig. Koelkastje in de kamer en goede bedden. Hotel ligt iets hoger in de stad; voor wie te voet komt vanaf het centrum is het wel wat stijgen, in de omgeving zijn wel enkele roltrappen aanwezig die kunnen zorgen voor wat ondersteuning.

Superbe parador.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Toutefois, le bar qui normalement est ouvert jusqu'à 23h n'était accessible que pour des boissons sans alcool, le spécialiste etant absent! Nous sommes restés 5 nuits ! Le restaurant est fermé depuis la pandémie. Par ailleurs, le parquet de la chambre craque au moindre pas! Dommage! En ce qui concerne le parking, il est privé mais jamais fermé. Des personnes extérieures à l'hôtel le traverse ainsi que le parc de l'hôtel qui est privé lui aussi.
