Overall, the hotel was not great. Beds were stiff and uncomfortable. Woke up in a sweat twice as it was really warm in the rooms. Food service ends early, we got in at 10pm and all the restaurants were closed and no room service offered. Not in a great area so all we could find was a pizza shop nearby. The images make the hotel look a lot nicer and more well maintained than it is. Positives, breakfast buffet was decent and the location to the Cala egos beach is great.

L’hôtel est extraordinaire Un hôtel en 2 parties séparé par la plage. Il y a pas mal de marches mais honnêtement ça va. La qualité de service est très bonne. Le personnel est au petit soin pour les clients. La nourriture y est vraiment très bonne avec de vrai saveurs, c’est assez rare pour être souligné.

Staying by the beach was beautiful and the pools were amazing. We got the all-inclusive package and had amazing drinks. Staff were nice and helpful. Are room was pretty stuffy and air conditioning worked okay. Our tv was broken, but they came in and fixed it same-day. We had a great view. Food was a little disappointing, and there were no taxis or Ubers available to go to restaurants offsite.

Great hotel with an all-inclusive option we loved. The hotel is right on the sea at Cala Egos. 3 pools and all inclusive option provide so much at a great price. Buffet has good options everyday. Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr schön, allerdings merkt man, dass in den letzten Jahren nicht alles gepflegt wurde an einigen Stellen sind deutliche Gebrauchsspuren zu sehen. Trotzdem ist alles sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist lecker und reichlich, die Poolanlage ist schön und der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist traumhaft. Einziger großer Kritikpunkt: Sowohl in den Zimmern als auch in den Pools gibt es ausschließlich stark gechlortes Wasser. Insgesamt dennoch ein schöner Aufenthalt.

The best resort I have ever stayed at. The private beach, 2 pools, buffet breakfast & dinner as well as 4 al a carte restaurants. The list goes on!! Very close to the bus stop which takes you to Palma, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Gran & Cala Mondrago! Also has a bus that takes you to the night market on Sunday nights. The hotel staff were all sensational and attended to our needs as required. Food was great, staff were friendly and amenities were amazing. Room was so clean and spacious. I genuinely could not recommend this resort any more!! Definitely worth the money

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war hervorragend, für ein All Inclusive Buffet sogar aussergewöhnlich vielfältig und sehr gut abgeschmeckt. Lage und Poolbereich sind sehr gut. Die Zimmer in Richtung Pool hatten einen sehr schönen Blick. Bei Vollauslastung des Hotels stört es aber, dass es zu wenig Liegen gibt, die ohnehin extrem eng stehen. Ohne Reservierung um 7:30 Uhr hätten wir zu fünft keine Chance gehabt, eine liege zu bekomme. Die Zimmer wurden täglich sauber geputzt. Wirklich negativ fiel lediglich auf, dass die Flächen in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen wie Tasten im Aufzug , Türgriffe , Toilettenspülungstasten und auch die Tischchen am Pool nicht öfter sauber und hygienisch abgewischt wurden. Die Kaffeemaschinen beim Frühstück funktionierten selten alle auf einmal, offenbar sind diese Maschinen mit der Menge des zu produzierten Kaffees überfordert. Das Personal war stets bemüht, dem Abhilfe zu schaffen, was aber nicht immer gelangt. Der Kaffee schmeckt sehr gut.

Staff was very friendly and helpful in every department I dealt with - front desk, bar, restaurant. The breakfast is top notch. The view of the beach and outdoor areas are absolutely spectacular! Building shows some wear and tear but still beautiful. Would come back over and over.
