Review: AluaSoul Mallorca Adults Only – Cala d’Or We had the most incredible time celebrating my dad’s 60th birthday at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They added thoughtful touches for my dad’s big day, which made it truly memorable. A huge thank you to the chefs who took such great care of the coeliacs in our family — it gave us real peace of mind and meant everyone could relax and enjoy the food. The buffet was excellent for an all-inclusive, with so much variety and delicious flavours. Special shout-outs to Miriam (Guest Services Manager), Maru (Deputy Manager), and all the bartenders, waitresses, and entertainment staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and friendliness made all the difference. We chose the Favourite Club option and really enjoyed the extra touches it offered. The views from the hotel over Cala Egos are just perfect — such a beautiful setting. I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you’re looking for a relaxing adults-only getaway with amazing service, great food, and stunning views, this is the place!

We really enjoyed our stay at the AluaSoul. We did half board. The buffet options for breakfast and dinner were good. We ended up venturing out for lunch and there are good options nearby. The only thing which was a little disappointing was our experience the onsite restaurant Marea, we had our one "A la Carte"dinner in there and the food was very average, would not recommend. Outside of that dining experience the hotel was great.

“Poor Service, Broken Room, Not Worth It”

⭐️⭐️ 2/5 **Overhyped and Disappointing Stay** Very disappointing stay. The hotel is seriously overrated — service was poor, staff seemed uninterested, and the food and facilities were nothing special. For the money and the hype, we expected much more and left feeling let down. On top of that, the basics weren’t even right. At one point we couldn’t get into our own room because the door was broken, and the shower head wasn’t even attached to the ceiling. Both issues were handled slowly and with little urgency, which only added to the frustration. To make it worse, even on half board you don’t get water with your meal — and they even charge you for ice. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The *only* saving grace was our housemaid for room **2232**, who was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond every day and genuinely made things feel better when everything else about the hotel fell flat. If it weren’t for her, this review would have been 1-star. Sadly, the rest of the experience just wasn’t worth it.

We enjoyed the adult only/my favourite club option which was perfect for our requirements. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in the restaurants, bar areas and reception desks. The views from our balcony were stunning and swimming in the sea was really enjoyable. There was a lot of sand transferred into the Scorpios building and I felt that a foot shower near the steps leading up from the beach would solve this problem. Our bedroom was excellent, the bed and the linen was very good and I liked the walk in shower. One suggestion would be that a box of tissues in the bedroom would be a great addition. We loved our stay at the hotel and would definitely go back.

Stayed here for a week. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and happy to help, and the many dining options in the hotel were delicious. The hotel put on activities throughout the day and the 3 pools and easy access to the beach was a bonus. Please note that some of the restaurants were not open every day, and it would have been helpful to get access to the app used for making dinner reservations, before we arrived at the hotel. Otherwise an extremely enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Gerne zähle ich einige Punkte auf, welche meine Bewertung spiegeln sollen: Zimmerzustand: Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht gründlich gereinigt (WC Rand dreckig, angefangene Weinflasche, Dinge vom vorherigen Gast). Die Dusche hatte kei Licht, also mussten wir immer mit offener Tür duschen. Das Wasser der Dusche war ganz klar Salzwasser und roch nach Chlor. Zusätzlich hatte man nicht viel Privatsphäre auf der Toilette. Service: Das Personal wirkte eigentlich immer freundlich und auch hilfsbereit. Einfache Anfragen wurden aber leider nicht so umgesetzt wie erhofft. Z. B. hatten wir vermehrt zu wenig Badetücher im Zimmer oder das zweite Bett (Bettsofa) wurde nicht bezogen obwohl wir ganz klar zu dritt gebucht haben. Lärm: Trotz angeblicher „ruhiger Lage“ war es die ganze Nacht laut (Abfallentsorgung war am Sonntagmorgen um 00:30 Uhr ca. 20 Minuten vor dem Hotel und dünne Wände, man hört alles!). Am Abend immer laute Musik von aussen. Abendessen: Die Restaurants musste man vorreserviern, was an sich nicht schlecht ist, doch die Restaurants waren nie ausgebucht, aber wir konnten trotzdem nur zu einer gewissen Zeit reservieren. Strand/Bucht: Obeohl es ein adults only Hotel war, haben sich am Strand sehr viele Kinder aufgehalten. Die Liegen waren nicht ausgelegt (undicher ob Hotelgäste die Liegen zahlen müssen, da wir nie am Strand im Hotel waren). Positiv: Das Essen in den Restaurants war gut. Wir haben nach unseren Reklamationen Champagner erhalten. Viele Parkplätze vorhanden
