  • The beautiful house is built in 1950 from natural stone of Santanyí. It is located in a very quiet place with panoramic views in the bay of Cala Figuera. It is fresh throughout the summer and is a great opportunity to rest and relax with family and friends. Ground floor of the house is rented with 2 double bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and large terrace over the sea with beautiful views.
    The house is close to the Mondragó Natural Park where there is a great landscape diversity: the olive and pine forests, the dry land cultivation fields, the coastal junipers, the sweet pond of s'Amarador, the coast cut with rocky areas and beaches of sand. The beaches of the most beautiful on the island with fine golden sand, calm waters (Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombards, Cala Mondragó, Playa de s'Amarador) are about 5-10 minutes away by car or little more with bicycles. For lunch and dinner, near the house, there are very good restaurants on the sea with wonderful views and good Spanish food. One step away is the port of Cala Figuera, where every day between 16:00 - 17: 00h. Fishing boats come back and market.
    Every Wednesday and Saturday of the year a beautiful market is installed in the center of Santanyí that has the most varied stands: jewelry, typical sausages, hams, cheeses and olives, fresh vegetables, fruit, clothes, music and handmade sweets. all in the Santanyí market, often a town south of Mallorca. Come, look, walk ...

    Living room - Double sofa bed, TV - Philips32 ”with HD Satellite, Sound system with DVD. The compact living room with window facing the forest.
    Bathroom - Small, Washbasin, Shower with massage, Báter. Soap, shower gel, small towels, large towels - included.
    Dining Room - Table with 5 chairs.
    Kitchen - Oven with 3-ring hob, Fridge with freezer, Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster, Juicers for orange juice, Washing machine, iron, Dryer, ironing board.
    Terrace - Large over the sea with beautiful view. Barbecue, 2 wooden sun loungers, Marble table with 4 wrought iron chairs.

Urlaub in Cala Figuera

Wir haben eine Woche in dem tollen Apprtement verbracht. Von der Terrasse hat man einen fantastsichen Blick auf die Bucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles prima. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Lage

Sehr geschmackvoll und perfekt ausgestatte Ferienwohnung in einem historischen Gebäude in absoluter Traumlage über dem ursprünglichen Hafen Cala Figuera. Sehr ruhig. Nähe zum NP Mondrago mit Traumstrand und zu der charmantem Stadt Santanyí. Wir kommen wieder!

Traumhafte Wohnung mit bezauberndem Blick in den Hafen von Cala Fuguera

Die Wohnung im unteren Teil eines alten herrschaftlichen Gebäudes ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr nett fanden wir auch, dass es eine kleine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln gab. Die Wohnung ist nicht gross, wir hatten für unsere fünfköpfige Familie aber genügend Platz. Besonders besticht die Wohnung durch ihre grosse, sehr nett möblierte Terrasse und dem tollen Blick in den Fischerhafen mit seinen vielen kleinen Booten! Wer Ruhe und etwas Abgeschiedenheit mag, der ist hier richtig!!!

The Most beautiful Holiday at Cala Figuera!

We spent two relaxing weeks in this beautiful apartment with the most amazing view. The apartment is decorated with much love and care and it is perfectly equipped also with drinking water, kitchen spices, toilet paper, soap - everthing! We never had this before anywhere else. The whole building is incredibly beautiful and we spent a lot of time just sitting on the terrace and enjoying the view. As the house is located very close to the sea, it is pleasantly cool at night. The area arround the house is rather quiet which is great but within walking distance the are some restaurants and small shops. All together we enjoyed our holiday at Cala Figuera very much and would therefore highly recommend this apartment.

GREAT!

Very nice and child friendly (baby of 10 months) place including child's seat and baby bed. View from the terrace is amazing! Georgi is the perfect host. From this house you can easily go to all the nice little beaches. Cala Figuera itself is not that vibrant (we were there in the 2nd week of May), quite some buildings and houses were empty.

Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung war ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, sogar kalte Getränke, Wein, Nudeln standen bereit. Den tollen Blick auf die Bucht konnten wir aus dem Schlafzimmer, der Küche, dem Essbereich und natürlich der Terrasse genießen. Auch für unsere kleine Tochter war alles Nötige vorhanden (Reisebett, Hochstuhl, Sandspielsachen, Fischernetz...). Vielen Dank an den unkomplizierten Vermieter.

Tolle Lage, toller Blick.

Prima auch, dass die Küche gut ausgestattet war und man nicht sofort Gewürze, Wasser, Bier, ... kaufen musste (so haben wir's auch verlassen ;-)). Für Sonnensüchtige ist die Terrasse suboptimal gelegen (Also zu der Zeit, in der wir dort waren - Ende Sept./ Anf. März, aber irgenwo scheint die Sonne dennoch durch. Ja, und der Vermieter Georgi ist uns in seiner Unkompliziertheit gleich sehr sympatisch gewesen. Herzlichen Dank und Grüße an dich!

Wir waren zu zweit hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu viert könnte es etwas eng werden. Toll war, dass Getränke, Gewürze, Duschbad und Mückenspray vor Ort waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schade war, dass die elektrischen Geräte nur zum Teil funktioniert haben. Fön wurde aber auf Nachfrage ausgetauscht.

Super schöne Unterkunft, direkt in der Bucht von Cala Figuera mit Blick über die Fischerhäuschen/ -boote. Meiner Meinung nach das schönste Gebäude in der gesamten Bucht. Mediterrane & Moderne Inneneinrichtung mit allen notwendigen Dingen zum Wohlfühlen (von sämtlichen "Grundnahrungsmitteln" wie Kaffee/Milch, Nudeln etc. über Hygieneartikel wie Duschgel & After Sun etc). Terrasse mit Sonnenaufgang herrlich zum Frühstücken und Abendessen/ Grillen. Wir waren zu dritt eine Woche dort untergebracht, der Platz reicht auf alle Fälle für 4 Personen, für 6 Personen fände ich die Unterkunft persönlich zu klein. Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Unterkunft buchen, ein sehr entspannter und schöner Aufenthalt!!

Location beautiful, house had all equipment you need. Essentials left water milk etc. Near to restaurants. Only one thing we found double bed on small side. Everything you need is provided and idyllic spot. Had an amazing stay.

Everything was neat and clean, perfect start of the holidays as you find all basics like toilet paper, water, spices, beer, drinks in the apartment. Stilvolle Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht

Wir waren zu fünft (4 Erwachsene + 1 Baby) für 9 Tage im April 2015 in dieser sehr schön gelegenen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung zu Gast. Das imposante Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse und thront über der Bucht. Von der zur Wohnung gehörenden privaten Terrasse und aus den Fenstern geniest man den malerischen Blick auf die Fischerboote und -häuser. Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für 4 Erwachsene für kürzere oder für zwei Erwachsene (+evtl. Kinder) für längere Aufenthalte (ab 14 Tagen). Sie ist gut ausgestattet (Sat-TV, Hifi-Anlage, Herd, Spül- und Waschmaschine) und in der Küche findet man fast alles was man braucht (Geschirr, Gewürze, Tee, Kaffee, Wasser usw.) vor. Die zwei Doppelbetten in den relativ kleinen Schlafzimmern besitzen Lattenrost und eine mittelharte Matratze und sind jeweils 135cm breit. Hier fehlt es für längere Aufenthalte an Stauraum, den man aber im Wohnzimmer finden kann. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Gute Hand- und Badetücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist nicht klimatisiert, was aufgrund der Lage (Hang, Kellergeschoss, nur Vormittagsonne) nicht notwendig ist. In den kälteren Monaten hält eine elektrische Heizungsanlage die Wohnung wohlig warm. Da wir mit unserer 11 Monate alten Tochter anreisten, hielt man Kinderstuhl (IKEA), ein komfortables Kinder(reise)bett und eine Kinderbadewanne für uns bereit. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich. Sehr kurze Reaktionszeiten, hat bis 23.00 Uhr zur Schlüsselübergabe im Haus gewartet, alles sehr sauber und vor allem nett und freundlich. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung für einen erholsamen und entspannten Aufenthalt nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
