The entire house has been carefully designed to offer brightness, spaciousness, and comfort. The ground floor combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen in a single open space, bathed in natural light thanks to its large vertical windows.



The open-plan living-dining area features vaulted ceilings in traditional sandstone and a spacious designer kitchen with a large central island, fully equipped with integrated furniture and appliances.



Air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable in each room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and there is an LCD TV with internet access, satellite channels, and connection to major digital platforms.

Just a few minutes' drive away, you will find shops, restaurants, and markets in Calonge, Cala d'Or, and Santanyí. You can also enjoy several crystal-clear beaches, both the most popular and hidden, pristine coves of southeast Mallorca.
