I turned up at 7pm and couldn’t get in rang the phone number numerous times and no answer. Had to stay somewhere else in the end. The following day I was txting the owner and he/she said that Expedia were trying to can’t act me to tell me I had to be there before 6. This was a lie and since then I cannot get a refund. Hotels.com are just as bad as they have told they me tried to contact owner but because they can’t get hold of them they’re not pursuing it. I’ve been robbed

L'appartamento è centralissimo, pulito e funzionale.Non è stato facilissimo da trovare e il proprietario ci ha fornito indicazioni per telefono. Inoltre non si è mai palesato, ha gestito tutto tramite whatsapp, check in compreso. Prima del nostro arrivo ci ha chiesto di versare una cauzione su paypall, ma non essendo specificato su hoteles.com abbiamo deciso di non sottoporci a operazioni rischiose. L'esperienza è stata globalmente positiva, ma ci aspettavamo un servizio diverso.

Localização excelente

Ótima localização, anfitriã muito atenciosa . A área como é histórica tem poucos estacionamentos na rua é melhor optar pelos edifícios garagem se estiver de carro.

central apartment

The apartment was right in the centre with everything required. Even down to a washing machine For a central place I would highly recommend the apartment The owner was there to meet us and guide through the facilities at the apartment, she even booked a taxi for us to the airport. There were some additional charges, which hotels.com had hidden in the small print. Nothing horrendous but something to double check. Overalls good stay and would recommend

L appartement était propre, bien1 aménagé , bien situe a 5 mon de la cathewradans ine rue calme, cependant il nous était spécifié qie c etait un hôtel alorsvque c est gere par proprio bnb, et de ce fait ns ont demandé un supplément de 50 euros de garantie ainsie qie 15 euros POUR le ménage, nous n avons pas été prévenus avant et n avons eu d autre choix que de payer.
