“A FUIR !!!
- au dernier moment, la propriétaire nous dit qu'il faut une voiture 4X4 pour y accéder (rien n'étant spécifié dans le descriptif de ce logement).
- sinon elle propose un service 4X4 à des heures imposées (18h la dernière montée et payant).
- le lendemain matin pas de navette prévue vers le village si vous êtes montés avec le service 4X4 payant. Vous ne savez quand vous repartirez. Au bon vouloir de la propriétaire...
- pas de cafétéria (comme indiqué). Il faut prévoir sa nourriture……

“Meine Reservierung lag angeblich nicht vor ebenso meine Bezahlung!? Nach30 Stunden Anreise blieb mir nichts anderes übrig als nochmals zu bezahlen. Morgens um 6:30 wurde ich aus dem Schlaf geklingelt um nochmals 9€ zu bezahlen, keine Ahnung wofür! Kommunikation war nur in Spanisch möglich das ich leider nicht beherrsche. Nach langer Anreise eine schlimme Erfahrung. Einzig die Hilfe der „guten Seele“ die offensichtlich für die sauberen Zimmer zuständig war verdanke ich ein Bett für die Nacht. Die……

“We are a family of four (with two little kids), and this was a great place for us to stay! The cabin is beautiful and very comfortable. Paloma was very communicative and helpful. The kids loved waking up to the roosters, taking a long bath in the jacuzzi, and the surprise dusting of snow on our last morning! The fresh eggs and honey were a special (and delicious) touch.
The location is close to everything and safe.
Highly recommend! ”

“Great home, cozy and comfortable, located about 15 min from Santiago and one hour from Valle Nevado. Roomy for four people, nice view of a river, plenty of outdoor seating if you wish to sit outside for a meal or snack. Kind host and overall enjoyable stay. ”
