“I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so to help others. Prior to booking I read almost every review, and they all lived up to exactly what they said. The rooms definitely need to be updated, the safes need to be codes and keys. The card key never worked and just in general, the whole hotel can use updating. We had to walk around and ask, last day was when we realized there was a board with weekly events and activities but they never mentioned to loomat the board for additional information. We wantes toneat at one of the restaurants, we didnt know we had to make earlier reservation to eat at one of those restaurants. I truly believe that information should be given front……

“I have been to Santiago a few times and always stay in hotels. I would recommend the Aparta hotel to everyone traveling to this area. It has reasonably priced rooms, clean, good breakfast which is always on time, good customer service, taxi to and from the airport so let them know if this service is needed. There is also a nice Italian restaurant nextdoor. The Hospital is in walking distance. I didn't see a police station but the area is quite save. I went to stay for 7 days but when I realized……
