"The place has the worst possible shower. The water ''pressure'' gives a trickle of water, not even enough to wash your hair! That is totally unacceptable The bed is small (queen size), and the duvet is polyester and the matras cover as well so even in June we were sweating all night. The bedroom looks out on an inner wall, and faces a whole cluster of about 6 airconditioners-so the racket is awful, not to mention the air flow from these, so an open bedroom window is impossible. Top Santiago Hotel Reviews

Rossio Plaza Hotel

8/10 Good

"Location was great"

Ouro Rossio Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We were in Lisbon for 3 nights and the hotel was in a perfect location for exploring by foot or being just steps away from major train lines. Hotel room was small but perfect for what we needed as we weren’t in the room very much and the air conditioning left the room a perfect temperature to come back to. Staff was extreme helpful as well."

Augusta Grand Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This is a beautiful boutique property in the pedestrian area of Lisboa. While the rooms are small, they are well appointed and fashionably beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and freshly prepared eggs were available. The location is in the heart of the pedestrian area.. lots of restaurants, bars, shopping. I loved staying at this property and would highly recommend.."

Pensão Praça da Figueira

8/10 Good

"The property was clean and nice. Staff especially Kevin were very helpful. One draw back of the property was that there wasn’t an elevator. The stairways were long. One night we stayed on the 3fl. and it was difficult getting our luggage to the first floor. They also had a good breakfast. The air conditioning was good also."

Olympia Lis Baixa Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. Appreciated for being flexible to adjust our reservation dates and providing a great customer experience. Breakfast is good with lot of choices. Satisfied with our room for 2 people for 3 day visit. Location is very close to Baixa, Restauradores, rossio metro train stations, restaurants, major attractions around Baixa neighborhood."
