“This is probably one of the best stays I have had in Santo Domingo.. safe, walkable, clean..! Starting with the great communication between Mr Bennys and Mr Freddy.. great host, reliable service, most responses within 15 minutes or less! Property looks just like the photos, great Wi-Fi, hot water takes about 5mins but very hot, just wish they would switch the small TV in master bedroom with the larger TV in the guestroom to make it an even greater experience! I WILL DEFINITELY STAY WITH THESE……

La comunicación con el personal, excelente. Tienes estacionamiento disponible y es seguro. Lo recomiendo para cualquier persona que desee hospedarse en Boca chica. ”

“The property is just as advertised sapcious and comfortable. We really enjoyed hanging out on the balcony enjoying the view.The property manager was easy to contact and she responded quickly. My only issues was no wifi signal in the back of the apartment. There needs to be a wifi extender to insure a strong signal in the back of the apartment.”

“We had a studio with 2 beds. Beds were comfortable, a basically equipped kitchen with a good size fridge. A nice pool and a quiet upscale neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby Very secure. Excellent value. I would stay again.”

“The area is nice spot , but I rent with 6 bed , 2 washroom, o got other apartment with 5 bed and 1 washroom, for groups was not convenience . We was supose to have basic stuff , as paper toilet , shampoo , thing for kitchen was no the case . Blanket was dirt we need to was when we arrive almost everything , the bed matresse are really hold . I need to have someone sleep on the coutch at 30 degree no AC , and fight all night for have extra bed sheet for the living room . The pot for cook was……

“Edwin was great! And made sure our needs were taken care of. The property was in a great location and we enjoyed eating at the Peperoni restaurant which was less than 2 blocks away. The property was in great shape and apartment was very nice. ”

“Anderson and Rosemary are hosts supreme. they are so courteous and prompt. every small detail was looked after. their apt is modern, clean, thoughtfully laid out and well-appointed. i would highly recommend this property. the only problem is with the vrbo website. they make it difficult to extend your stay for a few days. But Anderson and Rosemary were able to resolve this difficulty. Thank youso much.. You are the best”
