“Overall we would not recommend this place for anyone to stay. Nice view but nothing else. We didn’t have AC for multiple days of our stay, it was 80 and 70% humidity! When the AC was out so was the power for the whole apartment. It is normal for the power to cut off in this country but it took hours for our host to get it back on when everywhere else did it in a matter of minutes. All the food we bought went bad because of lack of refrigeration. We couldn’t charge anything, or turn on any……

“This apartment is accurately depicted in the listing: it is comfortably furnished and a good size for a group of two or three (I was there with a friend). It is off the direct beach area, so probably quieter at night than places right on the water, but really easy to get to various restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Check in was easy and everything in the apartment worked well. It was really nice to have access to a gym.”

“Check in was a breeze. There were two slight issues but the host promptly handled them and took care of them for me and it didn’t affect my trip. Extremely professional host and the apartment was clean, modern, very comfortable and felt like home for the time I was there. The building is secure with 24 hour security and definitely safe. I will definitely be booking again.”

“I really didn’t know what to expect, but it exceeded my expectation. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable, relaxing, where you can decompress. The view is amazing you feel as if you were on top of the river. The technology inside was incredible has everything you needed. I plan to return to this wonderful peaceful place. As you walk outside you have the history of “ Christoper Columbus house” Zona colonial with different restaurants and food for every different taste and bars, between……

“The apartment was nice/ clean. The property manager great personality and funny. I didn’t have hot water .beside that everything was fine. I will come back next time . All the security guards were helpful and great people who work there . I feel safe when I’m there.”

“This house was stylish and clean. The Location is perfect literally 2 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the Airport Las Americas. The house had everything I needed . Comfortable bed and the place is safe. I highly recommend this house to others.”

“It’s a very nice and quiet place, my only problem after my second day there was no water , I have to buy gallons of water to use the bathroom and I had to take shower at my friend house . I think if they fix that issue, you won’t have any problems with this place .”
