「This apartment has potential but it is in no way luxurious. My issues:1. The property is for sale and has a mold issue in the bathroom that is not being addressed. The finishes are not appealing either. This place is like a Motel 8.2. It's in walking distance to Zona Colonial but there is a main road that is to dangerous to cross.3. 「The place is great. Very secure building. The host representative was amazing. She helped me and responded to my messages rapidly. The noise outside was too much. The neighbors blast their music way in the late hours of night. The music picks back up around 7 am and last hours and hours. Besides the music, it was still a very noisy area. 「This apartment is accurately depicted in the listing: it is comfortably furnished and a good size for a group of two or three (I was there with a friend). It is off the direct beach area, so probably quieter at night than places right on the water, but really easy to get to various restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Check in was easy and everything in the apartment worked well. It was really nice to have access to a gym.」
