Hice reservación cuando llegue al hotel no había nadie en recepción ósea no me pude hospedar , pregunté a personas del alrededor me dijeron que ya habían personas que habían ido a hospedares y que tampoco no lograron quedarse , ese hotel es una estafa

In middle of everything, 5 mins walk from the most beautiful beaches of DR, 5 minutes from the store and the hotel stuff always very friendly/ helpful. Thanks you very much for the great stay.

The property closed at 12am, they wouldn’t pick up the phone and the guard outside said there is nothing they could do. I booked this place for one night to sleep in for like 4 hour but we were unable to check in.

The receptionist was new so had little knowledge which wasn’t his fault but shouldn’t have been alone. There was absolutely no water for a shower, for the toilet or anything else, I complained 6 times but was just fobbed off. The pool had no water unlike the advertisement, there was no wifi in any room unlike advertised. Rooms were clean and the guy tried hard to help, rooms were cheap it was a shame about the other disasters.

Las ventanas de las persiana no cierran no tiene. Seguro para cerrar la puerta igualmente poca seguridad baño viejo pero le viejo close roto pardesde igual no nevera no TV estaba dañaba no wiffi condicionados aire enfriaba poco sudaba de la calor pero e corchos tirado en el pasillo piscina no eso era un cochinero sucia pequeñísimo

I liked the room with the balcony. All the rooms don't have hot water. No Internet the whole time. Pool is old and dirty. Pictures look better than in person. Wouldn't stay here again.

This place is small has a lot of mould in most rooms. The doors and locks on doors are left to be desired.. There is no Internet in the rooms nor is there any television service whatsoever. The receptionist was completely useless and it was clear she did not want to give any service. One made, however, was very helpful since the room I was assigned to initially did not have fresh sheet says there was body hair and stains on towels as well as bedsheets. The experience made that came to our aid offered me a fresh new clean room. I clearly have no understanding why this place was initially rated the way it was it shouldn’t be.

Je ne comprends plus cette hôtel je suis une cliente très fréquente quant je Vien en république la maintenant il vous charge des prix de 10$ pour le nettoyage et 25 $ pour juste pour avoir de la visite je trouve sa vraiment dérangeant… car c’était jamais comme sa . Puis sur le site il le précise pas … Donc de mon côté je pense que vous aviez perdu une cliente qui était fidèle à votre hôtel

Pessima experiencia.

Reservei um quarto com duas camas, só tinha uma. Logo na entrada do checkin cobram 10 dólares que não é avisado no momento da reserva. Local super barulhento, chuveiro não esquenta, cheiro horrível, tv não funcionava. Tivemos que mudar 3x de quarto. O senhor da recepção que fica de tarde pra noite foi muito solícito.
