I have mixed views about this place. The lobby is beautiful and you think you are getting a beautiful luxury experience, but that fades when you get on the elevator to whatever floor you're at. This is definitely a 3-star bed and breakfast, with excellent customer service and of course, the beautiful ocean view. There is a staleness to the floors; could be mold, could be the place is just old. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the room service is prompt.
However, there's not so much as a fridge in the room. I think they need to replace the "mini bar" in the rooms with an actual fridge so people can keep food, and include a microwave. These are non-negotiables.
Also, I would think that all hotels would have a hand-held shower, cos women would love to shower but not get their hair wet.
Overall, it was a good experience in terms of the staff and the service, but a few adjustments to the infrastructure itself is needed.
