Deben arreglar los techos, porque filtran debajo de las habitaciones,la luz se está yendo el desayuno debería variar o ponerle Bacons los platos más delicados , el personal es muy amable lo único es algunas cosa de el hotel y si no entonces que vaine un poco más los precios si van a seguir en esas condiciones

The hotel you book me was out of service Had to get another hotel, out of my pocket. In the middle of the night. In a strange place. 59.oo a night With no breakfast..witch was another expense. I wasn't counting with that..it was a very bad experience. Tryind to get refunded. But so far i haven't gotten any answers from you....

Once I opened the door to my room realized the room was already occupied or filled with other guest personal belongings. Error was corrected but during my 24 hours stay there was not running water in the entire hotel. Spoke to staff about the issue and he kept playing games on his phone and did not even look at me.

Al ingreso no aceptaban pago con tarjeta a pesar que había carteles que así lo decían. El check-in es a las 13 no a las 12 como publican. Nos dejaron en la puerta con el equipaje porque no tienen guarda valija.tuvimos que subir nuestras valijas 3 pisos x escalera sin ayuda de nadie aunque mi acompañante es discapacitada motora. La habitación mínima al punto que para abrir la puerta tuve que correr la cama que quedó pegada a la puerta del baño. El acolchado manchado con lavandina y las paredes y el baño sucio. Una sola toalla toda rota y No había agua caliente .solo había un enchufe que andaba en la habitacion.ni hice el intento de prender la tele. Lo único bueno es que queda en la peatonal principal en el centro de la zona colonial.

Horrible rude service by the night staff person. Water was cold and they said that was a problem with no solution. The tv did not work. The night person said he would get someone he never and just lied. I felr unsafe with him there at night and left hotels. It felt dangerous. The breakfast lady has the traditional attitude. I asked for coffee she gave me this odd look ans gave me half a glass.she is probably over worked. The cleaning ladies tried there best to keep the rooms clean. But ghetto ass rooms need repair. You cant put makeup on a pig
