5 stars amazing modern apartment, clean and perfect for a couple to experience the amazing city of Santo Domingo everything is a 15 minute car ride and there’s plenty of establishments with in a 10-15 walk !! Neighborhood is safe and the concierge of the building is a perfect gentleman !! Will definitely be staying here again !!!

Our stayed
We had a different place rented, the owner put us in a different one due to repair issues.
This place can be better, but the little things in life are thr big things so a few things that I can go on on...
Definitely cleaning prior to checking in
New pillows, new bedding new towels need to be replaced
Closed need to have the door replace and shelving install ASAP
Bathroom shower water runs off the shower need to have replacement on all fauces as well
All window need to be clean
Vacuum is a much have
Rugs in the kitchen lower level need to be replace
Coffee mugs are a much-have
Drained was back up
The owner of the is obsessed with the electricity AC was turned off and spotty
Needs a professional painting done can be a beautiful place.
Hot tub we never used bc we dont know who cleaned it and water seat there all day we no maintaince
Need new cushions on the terrace they are old.
It can be a beautiful place but they need to put a lot of money into it and hire a real professional handy man to make real repairs.
