Three-room apartment only 20 metres from the sea

Flat in Santo Stefano al Mare, 20 metres from the sea and beaches in the centre of the village. Convenient to all services: food shops, restaurants, bars, bike rental. Santo Stefano offers a beautiful seafront promenade as well as the bicycle path that connects Imperia to Sanremo. The house has no private parking but you have at your disposal the public car parks of the village. The ideal house for a seaside holiday without using a car.
Lovely 70m2 flat located on the first floor of a typical Ligurian house. The accommodation consists of two rooms with a double bed, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Free Wifi connection and all household linen is available to guests. Your pets are welcome. The cycle path connecting Sanremo and Imperia is a short walk from the flat. You will also find bicycle rental in the historic centre of Santo Stefano al Mare.
