“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“Beautifully lush, landscaped gardens frame this luxurious designer hotel. Rooms are each set in a generous space and are thoughtfully designed and well appointed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast in a smart, airy dining room looking out over the gardens. Nice pool and bar with Happy Hour. I would strongly recommend this hotel. ”

“We loved our stay in this suite. Convenient location located a short walk from downtown main street. Self check in was well documented, however, we did have to assist someone with how to use the pass code entry station. On another occasion we help a guest reset the front door lock when the door would not stay closed. In spite of a few tech issues with coded entry, I personally liked the fact we didn't have to tend to a room key. This is really a lovely place to stay. I highly recommend it.”

“We had amazing three days at Petra Segreta - the attentiveness of the staff, the layout and luxurious feel of every detail at the resort was perfect. The spa and pool, as well as the option for treatments all on site made for the most relaxing and memorable experience. On top of this, the food options - especially the breakfast were some of the best we've experienced anywhere. Hard to find any fault - keep doing what you're doing team!”
