Nice hotel for one night stay

Check in was a bit confusing as there was no specific check in or reception counter. Luckily we came just before 7pm as a staff seems to be leaving and got us checked in. Room was small but adequate and also had a kitchenette and balcony with nice view to the sea. Breakfast was also adequate with some homemade pastries. The staff that checked us in was very nice and friendly.

Fabulous Little Hotel

What a lovely Hotel and fabulous Owner/Cook - Irinia, Mrs Renner is a great housekeeper and we were looked after like Royalty. The picturesque location is beautiful and soem lovely local restaurants nearby. The Good Heart especially - Best Meal we had on the Island. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was Yummie.Would highly recommend to all.

We loved everything about our recent stay at Alisaxni! We were four adults traveling together. We rented a car at the airport and easily navigated the 30 minute or so drive to Alisaxni, a quiet, comfortable, clean, updated, and fresh B and B, with a lovely pool and excellent views of the ocean. We stayed in the the Honeymoon Suite, a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and fantastic views. Owner Irini makes delicious treats for breakfast and she (or another member of her staff) can help with dinner or ATV reservations. In about 30 minutes you can visit Fira and then Oia, take in the sights and return home to your peaceful sanctuary in Akritori. We can't wait to return.

Location is great, quiet part of Santorini.

Great location, greeted by a very friendly host that speaks English. Mama cooks with heart each morning to make sure you have a great breakfast. Location is very close to port for water taxis to Red, White, and Black beach. 2 minutes away from “the Good Heart” restaurant. One of the best authentic Greek restaurant on the island.

Santorini Hospitality

The villa was amazing! Thank you Martha and Nikos. We could've stayed forever. We were at the 3-bedroom apartment and it was such a good deal. The pool was great though the jacuzzi wasn't hot like it's supposed to be.We rented a car so transportation was not a problem. Breakfast was awesome! Thanks to Irene. The only problem was that the hotels.com listing was deceiving. It stated free breakfast, but the hosts told us it didn't come free.

bella location fuori dalla confusione del centro abitato, vicino al faro dal quale si gode uno stupendo tramonto. Bella la piscina con vasca idromassaggio separata - anche se l'acqua era un po freddina. bella e nuova la zona per la prima colazione. Prima colazione abbondante con pane, burro, marmellate - ottime quelle fatte dalla signora Irene - pesche sciroppate, yogurt greco, torte, toast e altre gustose pietanze salate preparate sempre da Irene, caffe, latte, succo d'arancia. Tutto in abbondanza. Unico neo la doccia un po troppo piccola in camera. Nel complesso vacanza memorabile - raccomando il resort anche per la gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria

Il resort si trova in una zona un po' isolata rispetto al resto dell'isola. Per raggiungerlo bisogna per forza avere un mezzo o organizzarsi col personale della struttura. La vista sulla caldera è molto bella. Consigliato a chi vuole una vacanza rilassante

Relax, tramonti da favola, accoglienza famigliare.

Posto semplice ma al tempo stesso ottimo per una vacanza in relax. Lontano dalla Santorini più mondana, verrete accolti con una dolcezza unica e dalla straordinaria disponibilità della conduzione famigliare di Alisaxni Resort. La piscina e l'idromassaggio regalano, dopo giornate di escursioni alla scoperta delle spiaggie di Santorini, momenti di rilassamento godendo di uno dei più bei tramonti di tutta l'isola. Il resort rimane in una posizione comoda per visitare la (forse troppo) rinomata spiaggia rossa, i vicini resti archeologici di Aktotiri e tra i puù quotati ristoranti dell'isola.

You get what you pay for

The room was quite dirty when we arrived, specially doors, windows, cabinets and the kitchenette area. The floor and bathroom were ok. The room is really small, smaller than it looks in the pictures. The view was nice, but note that the view faces mostly west, it is NOT a view of the caldera that Santorini is famous for.

Avsides resort med vad man behöver.

Fantastisk ställe, som mest av allt påminner om någon av dom mindre öarna i Grekland. Långt bort från allt, vilket var precis vad vi hoppades på. Vi lånade 4-hjuling som gjorde det lätt att transportera sig runt på ön. Inte så lätt att komma till en bra strand, men poolen funkade ju utmärkt med fin utsikt. Fiskrestauranten i närheten är också värd ett besök, speciellt vid solnedgång.

Grazioso Hotel in ottima posizione, un po' isolata e fuori dalla confusione e dalla massa dei turisti. Pulito e buona colazione. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Vicino a belle spiagge. Assolutamente consigliuato.

Nice hotel, but the location...

The staff made their best to make it a good experience. They let us check in early and fixed us breakfast. The lady called a cab for us, and kinda gave us an idea of where to go for sightseeing. That was great. However, to be honest, this hotel is very very far from the attractions. It is actually located in Faros, not Akrotiri. There are no cabs to hail, no buses go that way, if you want to get around, the staff will call you a cab, that is if the office is open. We had to walk to the nearest tiny store down to ask the clerk to call us a cab, she said no problem. There is no telephone in the rooms either, so...Other than that, like I said, the staff is pretty friendly, it's run by a family. On the good side, if you stay here, you will be awed by the sights going to and from the hotel!!! it's on the way to the Caldera and you can stop and take wonderful pictures! so I recommend that you better be driving some kind of vehicle if you want to stay here, those unique views alone are totally worth your stay here. Also, I am sure other rooms have better views than ours did, and it was a good view!!!!

Lovely, tranquil...rent a car

My wife and I just stayed at Alisaxni (July 2014) for four nights for our honeymoon. It served as a wonderful base from which to explore Santorini. We rented a car, which made it easy to get around.

Il resort si trova in una posizione suggestiva con vista mozzafiato sulla caldera. Ottimo per una vacanza tranquilla lontano dal caos. Svantaggi: la zona è isolata, non ci sono collegamenti e occorre noleggiare l'auto.
