Beautiful room with an absolutely fantastic view. The pool could be slightly warmer, especially in September when the temperatures are cooler in the evening. The breakfast was average, but the staff were very kind and helpful. Overall, excellent value for money for Santorini—we really enjoyed our stay.

The Ark was a hidden gem on the south side of the island. Away from the hustle and bustle of Oia and Fira, and provided one of the best sunsets on the island. Our alcove table had shelter from the breeze, evening lighting and "perfectly framed" the private October sunset dinner over takeout souvlakia (restaurant - Kantouni, next to the bus stop) over their complimentary glass of wine. The large jacuzzi tub overlooked the water and hillside view. The staff were very kind, thoughtful, and accommodating with great suggestions. Hiking to and exploring the nearby village castle and monestary and even winery is all possible by foot and bus. What a lovely anniversary island ending. Would love to go again. Thank you so much Ark team.

Struttura nuova, molto bella e pulitissima.

Amazing stay at Ark Hotel. The customer service was excellent, everyone went above and beyond and really catered to our needs. Interacted with Costas, Penelope and Lisianna who were honestly the most kindest and generous people, always happy to fulfil our requests. I would recommend using the services the hotel provides e.g. the massage services or the excursions they offer as the service is wonderful and it actually turns out to be the most cost effective personally. There’s a few good spots about 10mins from the hotel which offer beautiful food and desserts. Furthermore I was more pleased with this hotel and staff as I requested a private suite due to my religious obligations and they went above and beyond to arrange that for me. They also made sure to help me with the cuisine as I requested halal food and they were happy to provide vegetarian breakfast at my request. Honestly I could not recommend this hotel enough. Thank you so much team,
Tahmina and Zaiyed

The beauty of this place was an unexpected surprise. Everything was pristine and classy. The suites were absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The area was quiet, but close enough to walk to the main square for food, souvenirs, snacks, or just to people-watch. I felt safe walking, even at night. Penelope was very nice and helpful. She suggested great restaurants and wineries to visit throughout the island. Being able to reach the team via WhatsApp was also a bonus. Their responses were immediate. This was a great choice!
