Wedding in Santorini

Our family of 11 were there for a family wedding. The property was spectacular. The niece was jealous! The property manager, Harri, was Superman. He took such good care of us. He was also kind and funny and we want to take him home. Ana was the most gracious host I have ever met. Such an awesome stay!

Amazing place for a large group!

We rented the full villa for our family & friend group of 14. It was a great setup and ample space for all of us. Good location as well with close by amenities. Best of all was Anna and her great assistance whenever we needed help with anything, whether for food ordering, car/atv rental or anything we needed! Thanks to Anna for everything! Would recommend to anyone.

Unique Santorini Experience

We stayed in the 3 villas with our extended family of 12. Each family had their own space and the villas were truly unique. If you don’t want to stay in the touristy parts of Fira or Oia - this place is truly a unique Greek experience. Anna was an amazing virtual concierge and helped with anything we needed. The only negative is that the villa is about a 300 meters slightly uphill hike and only small cars can access. We were fine but some may find it challenging. The castle and tavernas were all close by.

Magical Getaway in Emporio

Words cannot express how incredible this property is. Located in a beautiful Greek village away from the hustle and bustle of the other areas of the island. We had family and friends coming to celebrate my wedding in Santorini and we all agreed the Villa was on of the trip highlights. The check in process and communication is 10/10. Harry assisted the entire group with check in and getting the group up. He was always a WhatsApp away making sure we had anything we needed for the entire week, in addition his personality, knowledge of the island, life advice was unforgettable and we all were very thankful. The pools, sleeping accommodations, rooftop slept our entire group very comfortably, we had ample bathroom space to get ready for the various events and little delights by the host like fresh pastries and little treats were just an added bonus. Finally, our host was the most incredible, hospitable and friendly VRBO host ever. We will forever be grateful for her kindness of helping arrange transfers, fishing experiences, wedding flower recommendations, she truly made the week memorable going above and beyond for the entire group. We hope next trip to meet her in person!! if you are considering traveling to Santorini I recommend you booking at Canvas Villas for the full Greek island experience of luxury, hospitality and an unforgettable experiences. Yamas!

immersion dans un village grec

Anna la propriétaire est extrêmement gentille . elle avait tout réservé avant notre arrivée et tout était parfait ( locations scooters , voiture, restaurants , bateau) . la maison est très belle et bien décorée . la terrasse très agréable. En revanche , il y a peu d'intimité entre les différentes chambres (ce n'est pas visible dans l'annonce) a l'intérieur d'une même maison (3 maisons différentes). et les piscines sont petites ( pas possible de nager ) ce n'est pas non plus très visible dans l'annonce .

Amazing villas in Emporio

Canava villa was perfect for our family of 6 during our visit to Santorini! We loved the pools and sitting outside in the patio overlooking the old village of Emporio and the sea beyond. It is about a 2 mile walk downhill to the black beach of Parissa and short taxi ride back :-) Anna was simply amazing to work with - she arranged all of our transfers, a private catered dinner the day we arrived (which I highly recommend) as well as made suggestions on restaurants and tours around the island which were perfect! Please know that the street leading up the villa is very narrow and can only accommodate a small car or atv. The larger taxis had to drop us off downhill from the villa. It’s an easy walk up for most but if you have mobility issues this may not be the best location for your vacation.

Rustic and unique

Anna was very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived at the villa we had wine in each fridge and plenty of water. She gave us basket of fresh pastries in the morning and fresh eggs. Anna helped us with transportation also. We had a small car that we had to park 5-7 minutes walk because the streets are very narrow. Love the place!

Spectacular stay, 10/10 would recommend

I can’t say enough great things about Anna’s property. From check in to check out, everything was wonderful!! The villas are absolutely beautiful, built into the rocks. The architecture was unreal, with all of the aesthetic details thought of down to a T. The space was extremely clean. Upon check in, Anna left us wine, gin, and fruit. 3 of our 7 mornings, she had fresh pastries from the local bakery delivered to us. She also arranged transfers for us to and from the airport and also for an evening into Kamari. These villas are located in a more local, less touristy area which is important to note. This was exactly what we were looking for and we took the bus into Thira twice and Anna’s transfer into Kamari for a couple of nights out. The area is quiet and the locals were very nice. As you walk around Emporio, you feel like you are getting the authentic Greek experience! There are bars and a supermarket just a 10 min walk down the hill. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. Every person of my 9 person group loved this property and would most definitely return. Anna was a great host who provided many extra touches which were appreciated and was also very quick and easy to communicate with. This is a bucket list location, book it!!

An authentic Greek Experience in a lovely setting!!

The Villa is very nicely decorated and very clean. Our host Anna was very helpful and made dinner reservations for us which were excellent. The staff was very helpful and kept the rooms cleaned daily, cleaned the pools, and helped us get our luggage to and from the parking lot down the road. The house is well suited for 3 couples with their children, and there is limited privacy. The road leading to the house is very narrow and somewhat difficult if a guest has limited mobility. However, one gets an authentic Greek experience at this lovely property!!!

Tres bon séjour. Un acceuil irréprochable. La disponibilité de l’hôte quand nous en avons eu besoin a été très rapide. Elle nous a aidé tout au long du séjour ( restaurant, lieux à visiter, commander à manger à domicile, réaliser les test PCR ). Super séjour. Je recommande à 100%
