The staff named Hasan was very helpful. He was always respectful and caring. He took care of us to the best of his abilities. We really appreciate all the supports we received from him.
The staff was the best and the restaurant is excellent. A different (quiet) part of the island, which was fun to see! Need a car rental, but worth it to see all the beaches!
Best Santorini Hotel! A really nice stay here, with a beautiful room with the best view! Thanks to Katerina and Markella for their accurate and kind hospitality! We will definitely come back here!
The hotel is wonderful.
Nice welcome .
Very interior design architecture and large room.
High level fusion restaurant and most important, nice staff seeking to pleasant
We stayed for a week and it’s been amazing experience place is beautiful and staff wa so great it felt like home especially Catherine and Kremlin very helpful everything was so great can’t wait to visit again.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Davino Caldera, and while the entire property was absolutely stunning—from the breathtaking views to the luxurious amenities—it was the impeccable food service staff that truly elevated the experience.
Every meal felt like a carefully curated experience. The staff were not only professional and attentive, but genuinely warm and welcoming. Whether it was a casual breakfast or a fine-dining dinner, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their timing, knowledge of the menu, and attention to detail made each dining experience seamless and special.
It’s rare to encounter such a high level of consistency and care, and it’s clear that the team takes great pride in what they do. I left feeling incredibly well taken care of—thanks in large part to the hospitality shown by the food service staff.
If you’re considering a stay at Davino Caldera, prepare to be wowed—not just by the beauty of the place, but by the people who make it unforgettable. I’ll absolutely be returning!

Liked: Cleanliness
This hotel was very cozy and had every luxury offered in an unique way
The only thing is that it was far from town but we ended up renting a car 55$ per day and we went everywhere. Their service is great, friendly and caring for their guests. I had a great time
Hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable with hot jacuzzi spa in the patio overlooking the caldera .
The place was a bit far from main attractions and we had to drive .
We were provided excellent service by Ali.
Makella and provided excellent customer service.
The property is clean and well maintained.
Keep
In mind office closed at night. Several people were accidentally locked out of their rooms with no way back in. Makella provides her cell number, make sure and same it incase this happens to you. Over all, highly recommend this property
This is a great hotel on the south side of the island, away from the crazy busy streets of Fira and Oia. It’s really well kept, staff are incredibly friendly (especially Markella on the front desk!) and the view is just spectacular, make sure you wake up to see sunrise. There isn’t a sunset view from the hotel but you could easily find a local viewing spot…
Fira is about a 20min drive, we hired a car through the hotel (€55 per day) for two days which allowed us to see most of the island. There’s some great beaches in the south, would highly recommend Theros Wave Bar for a nice beach day where the vibe is relaxed and food is good (€20 for a for two beds), we also hiked from Fira to Oia at sunrise one day which was great.
We got married on the island 2 years ago and have been back every year since to celebrate our wedding anniversary. So far this is one of our favourite hotels.
Lovely relaxing stay. Both property and staff were fantastic. Quiet location with stunning views, but easy enough to get around the island. We will definitely return.
We stayed in a room with ‘infinity pool’ which we thought would be a cooler style plunge pool, however it was actually a hot tub. Perhaps the description could be updated to make this clearer for guests, or make them aware the temperature can be changed upon request.
The hotel is wonderful and best cost / benefit
Nice interior design architecture and large room.
High level fusion restaurant and most important, nice staff seeking to pleasant
We had the best time ever staying here! We cannot rave about it enough! The staff were so, so, so kind, helpful and friendly, the view was to die for, the pool was so beautiful and relaxing, the breakfast was out of this world delicious! We were also lucky enough to be in the penthouses suite which was just 10/10. The area is very quiet but we liked that after the chaos of Oia. I have never left anywhere so relaxed and content. Absolutely stay here!
Really enjoyed the stay at Divino Caldera feeling welcome from the moment we entered to the end of our stay. Nice an good service all around in the facilities of a dream movie. Being able to book everything from an electric car to all kinds of trips on Santorini they really made it easy and pleasant to be here. Getting lovely greek traditional food everywhere on the island it was lovely to have good quality sushi at the hotel. Definitely a recommendation from us. And can’t wait to visit the place and island again.
The property is great. The rooms , the pools, the views, everything is perfect expect breakfast. You have to wait for it for half or even hour. If you are not in a rush it is ok but if you have plans, it is inappropriate. The restaurant itself is expensive . But if you go just about 10 min up you have choice of three taverns with a beautiful views of sunset. Keep in mind if you want to go to Fira or Oia it takes about 25-30 min by car.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Very poor customer service and communication. Any reservations made through the hotel is CONTROLLED by the hitel and you are not allowed to communicate directly with the company you have booked something with. Makes things very frustrating and results in poor service all around. Rooms was dirty and mold in the shower. On-site restaurant was terrible! Strongly do not recommend this property.
The hotel is super new, with great aesthetics, and great furniture. The bed is comfortable, and the pool view is amazing. The reception girl is super nice and attentive! That said, they can be extremely annoying in the pool. They leave the best seats "reserved" for outside guests even when there's no one coming. If hotel guests that are already spending 350+/night want to stay at the best seats, they are asked to consume a minimum amount. That's beyond ridiculous. I witnessed for 4 days that the best seats were empty while hotel guests were seating at the back. Why not make your customers have the best experience? They always end up consuming, but I wanna consume because I crave something, not because I'm obligated to do so while I'm already spending a considerable amount in the hotel. That thing stressed me every day, taking away my peace. So instead of giving me joy, they annoyed me every single day for something basic. In addition, cool that there's sushi but there should be other local options like Greek salad, etc. If you wanna eat there every day the menu is quite limited, repetitive, and overpriced. The breakfast is a la carte (very limited) and they take 30+ minutes to bring your food, which is insane. I wouldn't stay again and I wouldn't recommend it to any friends.
