Perched in the heart of Oia’s famous caldera in Santorini, Ilivatos Villa offers a front-row seat to the breathtaking volcanic landscape. The villa’s expansive balcony opens up to uninterrupted views of the volcano, the sparkling Aegean Sea, and the iconic blue-domed churches, making it an unparalleled destination for serenity and luxury.

This Cycladic gem spans three levels, providing guests exclusive access to the entire villa.

Level 1: Two traditional Cycladic apartments house three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. These bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in beds, with the option to sleep an additional 2 guests on sofa beds.
Level 2: A third, smaller apartment features the villa’s fourth bedroom with a private bathroom, accommodating 2 guests in beds and offering additional privacy.
Level 3: The crowning jewel is the villa’s expansive rooftop terrace. From here, you can soak in panoramic views of Oia, the caldera, the volcano, and the famous blue domes.
In total, the villa can host up to 10 guests, combining the comfort of beds and sofa beds. Despite Oia’s bustling streets and vibrant tourism, the villa’s generous size and strategic location near the iconic castle ensure privacy and tranquility.

Whether you’re here for a family gathering, a romantic escape, or simply to immerse yourself in the magic of Santorini, Ilivatos Villa promises a stay that is both exclusive and unforgettable.
