What more can I say about this hotel than WOW!! What amazing people that work here, you feel like you are coming to a family that opens their arms and takes you in to their little family. I had the fantastic opportunity to stay here for a week between 14-21/7 and I had just broken my arm and was worried about how it would go. I really didn't need to worry. Everyone at the hotel helped me have a wonderful week. Mr Thomas,Mr George, Mrs Sarah, Miss Ana and Miss Eri made it one of my finest and most beautiful experiences I have ever had. The bed was very comfortable. My only feedback is that the air conditioning system could be better as it did not remain on during my stay in the room and would get uncomfortably hot at times throughout the night. I would definitely book again at this hotel.

O Kallos Imar superou as expectativas em conforto, atendimento e tranquilidade! O hotel fica em Mesaria, uma vila residencial, tranquila e central em Santorini. Tem farmácia, mercados e restaurantes perto. Está próximo ao aeroporto e das praias de Santorini, mas longe da badalação de Fira e Oia, mas o acesso de carro é fácil e rápido. Tem estacionamento e é gratuito. Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, tudo impecavelmente limpo. O café da manhã é servido no sistema de buffet, mas podemos escolher outras opções que são feitas na hora. Atendimento excelente: toda a equipe foi acolhedora, simpática e prestativa. A localização é estratégica, em uma vila central, ideal para explorar a ilha de carro. Se você busca um lugar calmo, confortável e com ótimo custo-benefício em Santorini, esse é o hotel. The accommodations were more than we hoped for, spacious, clean in a relaxing setting. I cannot emphasize enough how exemplary the service was. The staff was kind and helpful and made you feel like family. The room was very clean and comfortable, but what made this hotel the most special and memorable was the service of the staff! They went above and beyond to help us plan our trip/itinerary, had wonderful beach and restaurant accommodations. The breakfast that is included is delicious and best coffee I’ve ever had! The manager (George) was reachable at all times. For example, our taxi did not show up at 4:30am and when we called George answered us immediately and called the taxi he even went to the extent of following up with the taxi to confirm he had picked us up! Lila, front desk receptionist made sure to pack us each a lunchbox for the road! Definitely recommend this spot, 5 min drive from airport!

A wonderful base from which to discover Santorini

The welcome at the hotel, despite our 1hr flight delay (arriving 1am), was first rate and the airport pickup had been awaiting our arrival. This high level of service continued throughout our stay, with faultless service from all staff, from the manager (George) through Reception (Joanna & Lela), Breakfast (Toula) and Housekeeping - nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was first rate - exactly as featured on the photographs, and the hotel position was central to the local town but very quiet day and night - absolutely no aircraft noise! Messaria is a great base to explore the island - a very short ride from the airport and centrally placed but away from the crowds of Fira and Oia. The hotel has generous car parking for guests. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel!

Excellent stay

We stayed only one night because we were catching a flight to Italy - but would have loved to stay longer. Staff was super nice and helpful in every way. They set up our transfers with ease and made lots of effort to make our short stay great. Rooms were spacious and modern. The pool area is awesome
