Séjour de 5 nuits, très bon emplacement, belle piscine. L’extérieur présente bien. Il n’y a cependant pas de parasol, dommage ! Concernant la chambre, il y a un petit balcon pour prendre le petit déjeuner ( acheté par nos soins à la supérette, car pas proposé par l hôtelier). Cependant quelques points négatifs : manque de confort dans la salle de bains ( meuble sous le lavabo prêt à tomber avec le lavabo, rideau de douche très limite…). Ces points sont à améliorer car cela déprécie l’hébergement.

A éviter, séjour gâché !!!

Les belles photos réalisées au drone sont un peu trompeuses. De l’extérieur, l’hôtel présente bien, en effet, et la piscine est ok.. En réalité l’hôtel est très vieillot et sale. Des chambres d’un autre temps façon années 70. Portes d’entrée fines comme du carton : vous entendez tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir, avec fenêtres non occultantes qui laissent passer la lumière… voire les regards indiscrets. Un balcon plein sud non abrité (un petit parasol manque cruellement) et donc inutilisable en journée, et qui donne directement sur la chambre du voisin. Aucune intimité. Aucune chaise dans la petite chambre, aucun endroit où poser sa valise !!! Pas de bouilloire, ni de quoi se faire un café. Salle de bains minuscule et surtout sale, avec rouille au sol, champignons roses sur les joints, et rideau de douche brun, qui touche directement le rebord des wc. Et des Fourmis dans la chambre. Ne laissez rien traîner au sol ou c’est l’invasion. L’employé qui gère l’hôtel fait ce qu’il peut, il est gentil, mais cet hôtel est à éviter. Expérience qui a gâché mon séjour à Perissa.

Superbe accueil, le monsieur est très sympathique, seul gros hic, la clim est tombée en panne… Ce Mr très commerçant nous a offert deux bouteilles de vin blanc et nous avons apprécié le geste mais la clim est essentielle à Santorin

Il est très proche de la plage, vous pouvez y accéder à pied. A côté du restaurant, location de voiture et quad. La piscine est très belle mais n’est pas ouverte toute la journée et c’est dommage. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Nikos et sa femme sont super gentils et accueillants! Le matelas est un peu dur et j'apprécierais plus d'oreillers car ils ne fournissent que 2. La salle de bain ira mieux s’ils mettent un peu plus de lumière. Globalement, le séjour a été bon et je peux recommander l'endroit.

L'établissement a récemment été rénové et présente donc tout le confort nécessaire. Il est situé à 5 min à pieds de la plage et de la promenade de Perissa où l'on trouve de nombreux restaurants, tout en étant calme. La vue sur la mer et les montagnes, depuis le balcon est un grand plus. Les hôtes sont à disposition pour tout renseignement.

With this property you get what you pay for, the room was nice and clean however the bathroom was really tiny and dimly lit. The shower was also really small and could barely shower without getting water all over the bathroom. The only mirror in the room is in the bathroom so it's really hard to get ready/do any makeup etc because of the lighting. The property is close Perissa beach but there's not much else to do around there. A light breakfast of cereals and fruit is provided, the hosts were lovely and were happy to help with any questions we had. Would only recommend this place if you're on a budget trip however we won't be going back.

We absolutely loved lava rock villa! The staff were so amazing and helpful and always so friendly. The room was really nice and clean. Location was really great, a 2 minute walk from black sandy beach, which was the nicest beach we went to on santorini. If you’re going to santorini only to see oia I wouldn’t suggest it because it took 2 busses and about 40 minutes to get there, but we preferred the beach over oia anyway!

Charmant séjour

Petit mais coquet ... nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Il est super bien situé à quelques minutes de marche de la Black Beach, de plusieurs restos et boutiques pratiques. Les propriétaires étaient aux petits soins pour qu’on y sente bien, déjeuné dehors sur le balcon, sac déjeuné pour un matin presser de partir pour une excursion ... ils sont super charmant. Ils sont disposés à vous aidez à rendre votre voyage agréable en vous aidant pour les transports et des idées d’activités !
