Pelican Hotel @BLACKLIST!!NO MORE!

It is my honeymoon trip in Greece! But sadly when we arrived this hotel, No early check-in,it is ok! We just leave our lagguage in lobby! And we pay our booking rent at that time!The staff say we can check in after 2pm! The worst thing is coming :When we back,we have book Double room but the staff give us 2 single beds room! OF COURSE,WE ARE NOT ACCEPT! Then she let us to the GroundFloor, there have double room,she said only this choice! What is wrong with your hotel? We paid the different price to book the double room which is not in the Ground Floor! And we arrived in hotel in the morning! Did you staff have plan to cheat us? No double room but still need us FULL PAY ! And the last,the staff said she dont know how to refund to Union Card,and waste our atleast 2 hours!Oh my God! 2 hours ago,she said can we give her another card?We hace no choice,we gave her Credit Card,a few mins ago,she gave us a refund reciept,and said to us it is successful ! But when we back in Hong Kong,we check 2 banks hotline and Credit &Union Card Center: No Record ,No Refund Money! Until today 19/12/2019 It is 3 months ago,still no follwing ! I have strongly recommend that all tourist If you go to travel to enjoy your holiday: Dont choose this no responsibility hotel And hope you guys use others good comments hotel apps to booking hotel! The staff who makes the trouble is call MARINA! Pelican Hotel@BLACKLIST!!! NO MORE!

Wonderful hotel to stay in Fira

Excellent location for staying in Fira, a few minutes walk to a beautiful view of the cliffs and the sea, surrounded by restaurants and shops, ther restaurant is great serving delicious local food, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff is very friendly and helpful with providing local information about the area, we highly recommend it

The staff were so nice, made the experience 10 times better! I loved the room and the decor of the hotel. It is easy to walk to a lot of places from here as it is right on a busy street. That being said, it was decently loud at night so it caused some of my group to have some trouble sleeping. Overall I loved this hotel and would stay here again!
