View from the hotel is amazing--volcano right in the front. You can enjoy the sunset from your room or by the swimming pool. The hotel itself is stunning and well-maintained as well. Breakfast can be sent to your room for some more peace and quiet. There is a good selection of bread and coffee. The staff are all friendly and helpful--with great knowledge of where to go and eat. The cruise and restaurant they recommended were both way better than we expected. It's about 20 min walk (5 min drive) from Fira city centre, which makes it more relaxing and tranquil. We'd definitely stay at Petit Palace again.

对这家酒店真心失望。这是全程住的最贵的酒店，490欧一晚，但这样的价格房间竟然是全酒店所有房间里无论是条件、设施还是景观都是最差的房间114号。走进房间，呆掉。。。和国内一般的三星级酒店一样样啊，不但旧，房间还毫无特色，可收的却是超5星的价格啊！和我们在米克诺斯住的酒店，甚至伊亚Oia镇住的酒店比起来，算是性价比最低的一家。酒店距离Fira小镇有3公里，好在酒店有穿梭巴士（但班次很少）。因为住的离小镇远，又要掐着穿梭巴士的时间，玩起来很不自由。客观的说，酒店的公众区域（lobby和泳池）还是比较漂亮的，服务人员的服务态度也是可以的，但我还是真心不建议订这家酒店。应该在Fira或者Imerovigli小镇选，尤其是后者，特别安静，且景色更美。

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel's breathtaking views of the caldera. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms were immaculately clean, modern, and stylishly decorated, with the best bed I've slept in for ages! The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. I also appreciated the convenient shuttle services to and from Fira town center. What truly made my stay special, however, was the exceptional service. We absolutely loved our stay at Petite Palace. The room had wonderful amenities, a great soft bed and linens. We had our own hot tub, so at night we could look at the water and see the different towns lit up in the dark making it a little more magical. The staff were amazing and all about making your stay wonderful. The food, breakfast and dinner, were great. Such fresh ingredients all locally sourced. We will return!

We booked one type of room and they gave us different and when we ask, they said this is the one what you booked. We are VIP member and they didn’t upgrade the room even if they had that for. We found life buns in the bathroom and when we showed the front desk, the video their answer was is usually to have that in Santorini during the summer. It’s not summer yet Time for checkout is 11 AM but at 10:30 cleaning staff stopped knocking on the door and yelled hello hello. The air conditioning was set up for one temperature and wasn’t able to adjust. They had the humidifier in a room which we had to unplug it because was too noisy. The cleaning staff left the bag with dirty clothes by our apartment door. I wouldn’t go back there anymore And on top to everything when I check out they asking for city taxes.

We stayed at the Petit Palance for2 nights! We were caught up in the Athens strike, and didnt get there until 1;30 am! The hotel staff arranged for transporation which was seamless! Everything about this hotel is just phenomenal - it's a beautiful property and the location couldn't be better. The staff - from the reception to the restaurant are all exceptional! The views of the Caldera, and the sunset from our room was just out of this world!! Our room was beautiful and clean, with a hot tub, which we took advantage of on our short stay! The front office staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Since we checked in very late, we over slept and totally missed our breakfast, which was included in our room price! The restaurant sent breakfast into our room after the kitchen closed, which was extremely kind of them! We also had dinner at the Restaurant - kudos to the chef - food was amazing! Service was also exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly, and eager to assist us in anyway they could! They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Overall, everything about this hotel, inclulding the staff is absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend this hotel and highly recommend! I will definitely stay here when we visit again!!
