Loved our room with balcony overlooking Katerina caldera. We had the most amazing sunset we’ve ever seen from our own balcony. The have a nice selection of drinks and snacks free in the mini bar. The breakfast they delivered to our balcony was way more than we could eat. We appreciate the fresh fruit. The only downside was our bed was a little small for us and the mattress was soft. Some may like that. They were also very helpful arranging taxi rides for us. I would stay there again.

This was a luxurious stay that exceeded beyond all expectations of my time in Santorini. First off, I appreciated how the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating of my changing itinerary. The suite itself was gorgeous, two stories with a cozy sitting area and bathroom downstairs, and a spacious upstairs bedroom. Everything was clean, the shower was large and the bathroom was a great size as well. The room itself was comfortable, fresh and the view of the volcanoes and island made it even more breathtaking. I loved watching the sunset from the comfort of my room too! The amenities were amazing, the breakfast is one of the best! Super delicous and filled with lots of local jams and honeys. It was nice to spend the mornings eating breakfast by the private pool. I enjoyed using the pool one night, while enjoying some of the local wine offered by the hotel. It was not the warmest water, but nightime in Santorini when I was there at the end of Aug became a bit windy in the evenings anyways. This is a hotel that is worth the price and so much more. You are able to enjoy every bit of luxury, comfort and peace that the hotel and Santorini has to offer in the most wonderful way.

Our stay at Smaro was phenomenal from the moment they met us out front and brought our bags to our room. The location was perfect for us, close enough to everything but just off to the side to not be overcrowded. Breakfast brought directly to your room each morning was probably the highlight.

Staff was super nice and helped us book our transfer to and from the airport, and were also super friendly during our stay. Breakfast was similar every morning but it was a wide variety of different foods given to us and it was all very delicious. The view was breathtaking and honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited. 100% would recommend this to anyone.
