The location of the house is in a quiet environment, builted in the middle of a vineyard but at the same time close to the beach of Baxedes, giving the opportunity to get in touch with Nature and also enjoy swimming in the sea, always being a breath away from the cosmopolitan village of Oia.

The distance from the center of Oia is 4 km, from the center of Fira 10 km, from the airport 12 km. and from the port of Athinios 18 km by car.
