Overall, the food quality and customer service were unacceptable, even though the rest of the stay was fine."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. The view was stunning, and the exterior of the property was grand and beautiful. The staff were very friendly, and the overall cleanliness met my expectations. Unfortunately, there was one downside.
