Um dos piores hotéis em que já fiquei. Já havia me hospedado antes, mas desta vez piorou muito. Não tinha nem shampoo para lavar o cabelo, as toalhas eram horríveis (a do chão era melhor que a de banho), a coberta estava fedendo, muito barulho nos corredores e, o pior de tudo, a limpeza estava péssima. A foto em anexo é do chuveiro do quarto — deu até nojo de tomar banho. O atendimento também foi terrível. Ficam mandando mensagem para confirmar, mas quando você chega parece que estão te fazendo um favor. Zero educação. O pessoal que trabalha por volta das 17h é péssimo. Não recomendo. Descobri inclusive que ligando diretamente para o hotel a diária sai mais barata. Paguei R$ 280,00 por um hotel horrível desses.

Simples e agradável

Acabei pegando o hotel em cima da hora por falta de opções nas redondezas e acabei gostando da estadia. O hotel é simples, mas é limpo, aconchegante e bom atendimento. O café da manhã é bem servido. Única ressalva é que conseguíamos ouvir os hóspedes de outros quartos, o que indica que o isolamento acústico poderia ser melhor. Tivemos azar também de termos um circo ao lado do terreno do hotel, que tocou música alta até as 23:00, mas acredito ser esporádico. Importante ressaltar que o trem passa de madrugada, faz um barulho, mas não atrapalhou nossa noite.

Não recomendo esse hotel.

Infelizmente as comodações são pequenas quase não tem espaço para circulação, a cabeceira e lateral da cama encostadas na parede o q deixa pequeno espaço para circulação (qdo um levanta o outro tem q ir para um pequeno canto). O pior tudo tem q ser pago antecipado desde hospedagem, bebida e outros consumos, o quarto não possuem frigobar.

Linha de trem grudada no hotel

No geral tudo ok. Só tivemos muito dificuldade para dormir, porque passa uma linha de trem e parece que está dentro do quarto (de madrugada). Passou muitas vezes. A acústica do hotel não é boa, de manhã as camareiras faziam MUITO barulho e também não dava para dormir (as 07h da manha)

O que mais surpreendeu foi o contato para a confirmação da minha reserva por volta das 12 horas. Equipe muito atenciosa. Café da manhã ótimo. Fez falta um frigobar e o quarto é bem exíguo sem espaço praticamente para objetos além de mochilas com troca de roupa. Quarto com leve cheiro de mofo devido às condições climáticas da região. Banho decente, só a falta de um kit de sabonete e shampoo (fornecem apenas um sabonete por pessoa.)

Pontos Negativos: Apartamentos super pequenos e o trem que passou às 00:40 e 05:00 horas da manhã, realmente é bem incômodo. Ponto Positivo: O café da manhã, tem ovos mexidos, bolo de chocolate e pão de forma tudo sem glúten e sem lactose e são de excelente qualidade.
