"We had a good time in this hotel. The staff was helpful and patient. We were a walking distance from some local restaurants and few minutes drive for other amenities. The rooms were clean and we were in a quiet area of the hotel, so we had some restful nights"

"Most of the staff were helpful and professional, especially the staff in the restaurant who were friendly. However the first time I checked in the man was very unhelpful and told me there was no booking in my name and tried to sell me a room. I was upset and then he said 'I need your passport'. I told him again I had booked and paid for a room and he seemed to nod and I gave my passport. He had found my booking but didn't tell me or apologise and there was no welcome. The second time I checked in, the woman has welcoming, friendly and professional. She also spoke excellent English. "
