O lugar é lindo, mas é só isso.
Muito caro pelo que oferece.
Comida boa, mas reaproveitada em outras refeições......
Cafe da manha com itens repetidos.... pouca coisa caseira e fresca.
Sem monitores e atividades de entretenimento.
Tudo tem teia de aranha....
Brinquedoteca às moscas.

Lugar bonito tem potencial para melhorar
Ótimas instalações, móveis modernos, cama confortável, limpeza boa.
Restaurante mal organizado não repõe os pratos, hóspedes não respeitam distanciamento e alguns se usar luva, máscara e álcool gel no buffet e não tem nenhum funcionário para fiscalizar. Comida boa mas deixam faltar no buffet tem q chegar cedo, falta qualificação e treinamento para os funcionários serem mais cordiais com os hóspedes.
Muitos hóspedes deixam pertences marcando lugar o dia todo nas espreguiçadeiras da piscina, e quem realmente quer usar a piscina, fica sem lugar, precisa ser melhor contratado pela gerência.

eu gostei da tranquilidade do lugar, a limpeza dos ambientes comuns e acomodações. no primeiro dia tinha poucas opções no café da manhã, a partir do segundo dia melhorou, mas deve ter o padrão desde o início.

A Comida é uma delicia.Parabéns a equipe do restaurante e principal para o Chef Etevaldo.
Eles tem uma estrutura boa, mais acho que por causa do covid,está um pouco abandonada.
O Bar da Ilha estava fechado,ai ficou faltando essa opcão.
O Quarto é confortável e grande.
Cama boa e chuveiro bom.
Café da Manhã Bom, só uma dica, mais uma tosteteira seria bom.

Nossa estadia não foi das melhores o lugar e lindo a estrutura muito boa mas o que foi oferecido foi péssimo uma avaliação que não gostaria de fazer.
Os poucos funcionários que estavam trabalhando fazendo o possível para os hóspede ficar bem atendidos . Comida sempre atrasada desde da hora do café da manhã até o jantar , não tento funcionários para servir .
Poucos funcionários para limpeza dos quartos , tivemos que estar fazendo a limpeza do nosso quarto totalmente desnecessários .
Acabou a luz não tento gerador de energia, ficamos no escuro.
Não funciona o Wifi do hotel pessímo.
Experiência para nunca mais voltar.
