Já me hospedei anteriormente no hotel e gosto muito do conforto, da limpeza, da comodidade, da localização e do ótimo café da manhã. A única ressalva que deixo é para que tenham mais cuidado com cobranças indevidas, pois no dia do check-in a hospedagem foi cobrada novamente, mesmo já tendo sido paga pelo site. Para evitar qualquer dúvida, encaminhei os comprovantes pelo WhatsApp. No mais, considero este um dos melhores lugares para se hospedar em São Leopoldo.

Ótima estadia

Fiquei no quarto 28. Há uma área verde ao redor do hotel, o que torna o ambiente ainda mais agradável. Adorei o hotel! Super aconchegante, me senti em casa. O local tem uma personalidade única e parece que cada detalhe foi pensado com cuidado, o que fez toda a diferença na minha estadia. Pequenos toques, como a jarra elétrica para preparar chá, café e chimarrão, me agradaram muito. A cama é muito confortável, o chuveiro é ótimo e o quarto tem um bom tamanho. Além disso, já havia travesseiros extras e cobertas disponíveis. A recepção e os funcionários foram simpáticos e atenciosos. Posso falar com propriedade, após me hospedar em outros hotéis em São Leopoldo, que este é o melhor da região. Foi uma ótima estadia e, com certeza, voltarei em outra oportunidade!

Estive em outra ocasião, nesse hotel e foi uma boa estadia, já dessa vez foi terrível, primeiro pedimos cama de casal, era de solteiro, e o recepcionista disse que não poderia trocar, o quarto, quarto fedendo a cigarro, chuveiro quebrado ligávamos molhava até o teto, café da manhã quando fomos tomar não tinha nada apenas dois pães de queijo mucho e um pedaço de bolo, ah detalhe as 8:30 da manhã e o café vai até as 10:00

Um susto! E uma experiência!

O hotel é bem interessante. Fiquei num espaço onde há três quantos, compartilhando um banheiro externo. No primeiro momento não gostei. Mas foi muito boa a hospedagem, o café da manhã tem um bom nível e quanto ao banheiro externo consegui usar no compartilhamento sem problemas. Pelo não houve a necessidade de alguém usar enquanto eu estava lá! Ele tem uma boa limpeza nos comodos.

Fiz a Reserva pelo Hotel.com e dizia: BANHEIRO PRIVATIVO, chegando lá minha reserva dizia que era BANHEIRO COLETIVO e que para ter Banheiro privativo era outro valor, após insistir e dizer que não iria pagar mais nada do que o valor que estava na reserva me colocaram no quarto com banheiro privativo, mais tive que bater o pé. O café é muito fraco, poucas variedades. Conforto e limpeza ok.

Decepcionante! Bem recebido e atendido pelos funcionários do hotel. Porém na descrição da acomodação não havia informação que o café da manhã não era buffet e sim por escolhas dos itens sugeridos pelo hotel. A acomodação para um quarto triplo era minúscula. O banheiro extremamente pequeno, sem condições de tomar um banho confortável. Garagem apertada com difícil acesso as vagas. Não recomendo.

Gem of Sao Leopoldo

If I say the hotel stay felt like home away from home, it won't justify it. The Stay at work hotel goes beyond that....the staff makes sure you feel like you have known them all your life with their extra attentive support and service. I don't think i will stay anywhere else on my subsequent visit back to Sao Leopoldo.

Hotel bem estrututado e muito próximo a Unisinos. Entretanto a oferta dos quartos não estão com descrição clara, e no meu caso o quarto estava com a descrição errada. Então chegando no hotel não foi possível remanejamento para outra acomodação devido a lotação do hotel, e não consegui encontrar outro hotel próximo com vagas disponíveis. A equipe do hotel se propôs a resolver meu problema, mas não foi possível, então acabei tendo que ficar com o quarto errado, tendo que compartilhar o banheiro com outros quartos.
