Nice aparthotel in Jardims, good value for money.

Nice aparthotel well located in the Jardims area. Good value for money, helpful staff. Basic kitchen with cooking pots available (you may need to ask at the reception). Very good breakfast (served at a neighbouring hotel).

The staff were excellent and very helpful and deserve recognition as they did everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely dated (like something out of the 1970s), the bed was comfortable but the bedside lamp had bare wires and sparked, the bathroom heater worked only for a few minutes and then the shower got cold, there was no hairdryer.

Just arrived at Alameda Apart Hotel and I’m already in love with it! It’s amazing to find such a calm and peaceful atmosphere right in the heart of São Paulo. I instantly felt at home here.

The rooms need to be cleaned very dirty and on the bedrooms have a old dirty carpet wardrobe and bed smell mold I like the location but is not worth what you pay for

Very noisy road just below my room window. Was denied to change room. Staff regularly without masks at reception, not a COVID safe place. Carpets and furniture very tired, some even stained and broken.

Their Superior Suite Room which I was upcharged for looks like Standard suite in the site. Most front desk people were nor knowleadble nor helpful with excetion of talent wasted overnights. The manager js non existant. The room rain INSIDE ALL OVER BY BED IN ROOM DUE TO INFILTRATION. I let then know and nothing was done. The owner of the building himself appeared and was a jerk with after a week staying paying their overprices then couldnt just wait my car for me to leave lobby. Dont stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE

BEWARE: Front desk at check-in is bluntly rude and with shocking unapologetic sarcasm. Front desk staff started at being unaccommodating then escalated to a full disrespectful demeanor. If this is what you want - stay at this hotel. I love the city and I visit Sao Paulo often. However first time I ever not only felt UNWELCOME but I also felt I WAS UNSAFE after the negativity I experienced. Unfortunately I felt this soon as I stepped to the check-in counter. Sao Paulo is a beautiful city and THERE ARE MANY FRIENDLY OPTIONS - do not choose this place. Excellent people in brazil. FROM A FREQUENT VISITOR WHO KNOWS YOU CAN FIND MUCH MORE CARING HOTEL STAFF WHO WANT TO WELCOME VISITORS.

Fiquei muito satisfeito com a estadia no Alameda Apart Hotel. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, e o apartamento é bem mais espaçoso do que a média da região, o que faz muita diferença no conforto. Tudo estava limpo, organizado e funcionando corretamente. A equipe foi atenciosa e discreta, deixando a experiência ainda melhor. Ótimo custo benefício para quem quer ficar bem localizado e com mais espaço.

Apesar de antigo, o flat é bem conservado e tudo fundiona direitinho. A mobília e a decoração são de época, mas se hospedar lá é uma experiência legal de vivenciar como eram os primeiros flats de São Paulo. A localização é magnífica, perto de tudo. As acomodações não tem nenhum conforto . O banheiro com chuveiro péssimo ainda a gaz , difícil misturar a água fria com água quente. O vaso não tem ducha higiênica. A porta do frigobar não fecha. No quarto o piso é forrado com um carpete imundo , nojento de sujo.ma sala um sofá desconfortável e sujo. As chaves são de chaveiro , não são chaves de cartão. No final a nota 03 é pela localização. Experiência muito ruim.
