Welcome to your refuge in the heart of São Paulo! This charming apartment is located in the Consolação neighborhood, one of the most vibrant and well-connected parts of the city, perfect for those looking for practicality and comfort.

Situated in one of the most iconic neighborhoods in São Paulo, you will be just minutes away from several restaurant and bar options. The metro station, making transportation easy and quick to any part of the city.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send a photo of each guest's ID.

The building offers laundry facilities for a fee in its common areas, outside the apartment.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

No pets allowedStandard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may incur charges. Do not use the layette to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Consult before booking.
