"I had a group of 13 people and we missed a connecting flight in San Paulo early in the morning. I found this hotel just by chance on Expedia but we were thrilled with our experience. Booking was easy. The shuttle isn’t super frequent but timing was fine and the driver super helpful with the crazy amount of luggage we had. At the hotel, since we couldn’t check in right away, they were super kind and patient. We hung out in the lobby and played games. Also ate all three meals that day there and all were really good. Rooms were nicely appointed.
Overall an excellent experience. Can’t describe how grateful we were for everything after the disappointment of missing a flight. Would highly recommend."
