The property is extremely LGBTQ friendly, which I was not expecting, but definitely appreciated. Overall though, everything in terms of facilities and services was great.

The hotel staff are wonderful with Livia at check in being the best. Unfortunately, the hotel is badly in need of a renovation. The walls are thin and let in alot of noise. There was mould throughout the bathroom with the chalk turned black. I was not expecting a 5 star experience but was horrified at the poor quality of the place. I

The location, and service at the hotel is absolutely fabulous. The staff are friendly, attentive and responsive. However, this hotel is dated and not very well maintained. While my room was big and spacious, there was a lot of mould in the shower and the bathroom ceiling. The windows are not properly sealed so the cold comes in and it always felt cold and humid in the room. Of course, there is no heat so the only way to warm up is to add blankets. I would think twice before staying there again.
