I didn't know about airport shuttle. The hotel is excellent with walking distance to everything and near transportation. There are police 📷 all over the city. It was safe for me.

Was given an accessible room, which is fine, but the bathroom flooded during showers with water wanting to escape into the hallway! Also, the room felt like it could do with a deep clean. Breakfast was included and is okay, but I kind of wish I gone to a nice cafe for a good coffee and pastry. There’s plenty in the area and on that note the location is good, if you want to be in the centre of the city.

All staff were welcoming and dedicated. . The receptionists kitchen and restaurant staff cleaners were very helpful generous with their time and kind. I could not have been been better taken care of. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Sao Paulo.

This was my third stay at Sooz and I am very happy with the overall experience. Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are nice, it’s famiky friendly and the location is near everything you need downtown Sao Paulo. The big plus for me is how they are very accomodating when it comes to early check in. This is the hotel I plan to stay whenever I am in Sao Paulo. Thank you Sooz! Keep up the great work!

The room was dpacious and super clean, the staff lovely and the breakfast very complete and fresh with vegan options. However the pressure was low in the shower, and the street very noisy. So it was a bit loud at night, but at least we had a wonderful view on the trees in front of the hotel.

We visited Sao Paulo on our way to Rio. It is a very big and very modern city, and we are happy we stopped there. This hotel was excellent, clean and comfortable, in a central location with good restaurants around the area. Brazil streets can be a bit rough, and the hotel staff advised on safety precautions, and helped us to get our first night's dinner in Brazil. There is a Metro station nearby, which is a safe and convenient way to travel around the city

Friendly central hotel - good breakfast

Convenient central hotel with a nice breakfast and good front desk service (they spoke German and English as well as ,of course, Portuguese). Easy to get cabs from here and and also walk to the subway. Air conditioner in room occasionally dripped water, might need servicing. Nice views from the higher floors.

Enjoyable six-night stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. It is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants, art galleries, theaters, malls, and historical sites. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. It offers various dishes suitable for people from different countries. While most hotel employees do not speak English, which is common for hotels in Brazil, they still make an effort to assist foreign guests and ensure a pleasant stay. As a New Yorker from the USA, I had a wonderful six-night stay here and plan to return during my future trips to São Paulo.

So I gave a 5 star on my first stay this time is a 4 because the front desk staff did not give us the room we originally reserved stating that because I was with my friend we could sleep together, when we payed for a two twin bedroom, and when it was time to leave he asked us if we paid for the hotel which was very rude to me because why would any hotel let anyone stay for two nights and not pay for it , Other than that this is a very good hotel great breakfast and close to everything,

Great Hotel location and great staff

Great checkin and checkout with luggage storage. Breakfast was delicious and plenty variety. There was a balcony from the cafeteria from where you can watch the block party. Room had small microwave and fridge. Everything was clean. Great view onto the park and the bloc party. Just be aware it is loud during carnival. We loved it. Great restaurants in the vicinity. Easy walk to the cathedral. Taxis cannot get to the hotel between 12pm to around 6pm because the street is closed for Carnival block parties. The service was excellent from everyone. We got little carnival packages. Delightful staff until the end. One of the staff members was insisting on slowly finishing with new guests and did not occur willing to help us with ordering a taxi despite a very nice assistant trying to get his attention. Uber worked out. Make sure you let the driver know the street in front of the hotel is closed. Uber doesn’t seem to know that
