Tivemos problemas no check-in, chegamos as 10:30 e como o check-in estava previsto para as 14h, fizemos a ficha, deixamos a bagagem e saimos; quando voltamos por volta de 15:30 a recepção informou que o quarto ainda não estava disponível, um desrespeito total uma vez que tínhamos um show com horário programado, depois de reclamar, liberaram o quarto já quase 16h. Quanto ao quarto era bom e confortável, café da manhã muito bom.

Sentimos falta de empatia com famílias com criança

É a primeira vez que compro diária num hotel para 2 adultos e 1 criança de 5 anos e nos colocam em um quarto apenas com 1 cama de casal! Nunca a minha filha ficou sem ter onde dormir. Ao perguntar no checkin sobre a cama da criança, informaram que se eu quisesse quarto triplo, teria que pagar 200 e tantos reais.Se no site já foi informado que haveria uma criança e pagamos por isso, não entendi porque o quarto só tinha uma cama. Será que o tratamento para hóspedes que compram por sites de hotéis, tem tratamento diferenciado para o lado negativo? Ficamos perplecos e nos restou dormir os 3 na mesma cama. Num outro quarto em que meus sogros com idade 70+, não tinha piso antiderrapante no banheiro, nem mesmo um lugar para segurarem no banho ou algum apoio de segurança. Quanto ao atendimento dos funcionários da limpeza e do restaurante, foram excelentes. Quarto sempre limpo e que atende as necessidades de quem vai passar poucos dias. O café da manhã é bem feito mas foram as mesmas opções todos os dias. Só tinha salcicha e ovo de proteína. Poderiam inserir um bacon, frango ou outra opção. A segurança do hotel é muito boa também e fica numa rua com ótimos restaurantes, padaria e farmácia.

O hotel é muito bom, camas confortáveis, banheiro novo, restaurante com preços justos. Os únicos dois pontos negativos são o preço das bebidas (água e refrigerante) e as vagas de estacionamento extremamente estreitas, quase impossível não ganhar uma marca na porta.
