Exciting apartment that define it facing the sea is reductive being directly in contact with the sea.
Very comfortable for up to 4 people, it has an area of 98 square meters. divided into a large hall / kitchen with corner glass windows overlooking the corner terrace overlooking the sea, 2 bedrooms with double beds both with sea view windows where you can sleep with the sea in the background and 2 bathrooms, one large with a shower and one small with only the sanitary. Ideal for families or 2 couples of friends.

Comfortable and quiet

This condo was comfortable and quiet. The ocean front and view of Mindelo was beautiful in the evening. The ocean facing balcony can be windy but the remaining side balcony was perfect. Condo maintains the basic essentials. Genilda was very helpful and always arranged a taxi for us when necessary and was always there. Genilda arranged a taxi at the airport arrival and departure. Building reception was very helpful as well. Taxi ride to Mindelo center is only 10 min ride or less.

Beautiful room and view but no WIFI

The room was absolutely beautiful! A full ocean view and all the amenities except WIFI which was a big deal for us as parents traveling abroad. We immediately contacted the property manager and despite reaching out a few times we didn’t receive communication back and the WIFI was not fixed for the whole week we were there, which made communicating with our children harder and inconvenient.

Appartement accueillant, chaleureux et spacieux

Appartement dans un joli hôtel du Cap Vert. Vous pouvez vous rendre sur Mindelo en taxi en quelques minutes. Des propriétaires qui ont plaisir à accueillir les touristes et qui n’hesitent pas à les conseiller.... Par contre appartement exposé au vent qu n’a de cesse de souffler!!!

prima en smaakvol ingericht appartement

Vanaf egin januari vijf weken verbleven in Mirco’s appartement. Het maakt onderdeel uit van Aparthotel Las Rochas. Het ligt wel een beetje uit de slinger maar met de taxi of te voet is het prima te doen. Appartement ligt in de wind zodat zonnen en in zeegaan niet of nauwelijks mogelijk is. Mirco heeft een assistente die je bij schoonmaak, was, en andere problemen prima helpt.Genilda is een schat. Samenmet de vaste chauffeur Helder hebben we het 5 weken prima gehad. Keuken schoon en prima uitgerust. Uitzicht verveelt nooit! Wifi moet echt beter !

Séjour de rêve

Je recommande vivement cet appartement avec vue à couper le souffle sur la Baie de Mindelo, déco design, grand confort, piscine magnifique très bien entretenue. Wifi dans le lounge d'entrée en bas. Nous avions un peu peur de l'environnement mais nous avons fait de très belles marches en partant de l'appartement : Prenez le petit sentier qui monte à l'entrée de la zone militaire qui mène à un pic avec une vue incroyable sur la côte de l'autre côté (bonnes chaussures indispensables). Autre marche : aller à Mindelo à pied, environ 5km, un peu plus pour la belle plage de Laginha. Une belle adresse pour dîner et musique ao vivo certains soirs, le Casa Café Mindelo, face au Pont d'agua. Merci à Mirco et Genilda pour leur accueil et disponibilité.
