“Plage magnifique!! Un peu compliqué pour rester au bord de l’eau , les transats sont sous les palmiers assez éloignés sinon belles piscines et beaux jardins”

“I could not praise the staff enough at this hotel - they are all so friendly, helpful and super attentive. The food options were excellent and the buffet meals changed daily (with a few consistent staples. Whilst I agree with some reviews that the rooms are a bit outdated - they were always cleaned properly. The rest of the hotel was not outdated (and who spends enough time in the hotel room to care about it being outdated) and had a good blend of natural elements to make every part of the hotel……

“Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war super lecker und bot jeden Tag viel Abwechslung. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Allerdings hätten die Handtücher sowie die Taschentücher im Zimmer etwas häufiger gewechselt bzw. aufgefüllt werden können. Ein Punkt, der uns nicht so gefallen hat: Mehrere Mitarbeiter haben meine Frau wiederholt angesprochen und ihr Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Das empfanden wir teilweise als unangenehm. Trotzdem hatten……

“Place is new so its in good shape but the spa area and stores were still under construction. You also cant use the bridge to get to the beach. There are also beggars surrounding the area, wo safety is a huge concern. If you are a non-white person be prepared for the staff to give you awkward looks and constantly harass you to give your room number or room card anytime you go to the pool or breakfast. Theyll also try and argue with you that breakfast is not included in your booking despite……

“The hotel is not by the beach. The photos make it look like it is by the beach but really isn't. You have to walk about ten minutes to reach the praia. The breakfast was good. The staff in the restaurants were friendly and efficient. The overall service was okay. I arrived Sunday, asked for extra 2 clean pillowcases, and I had to ask about 4x before I actually got them.
