“Point positif : lit très confortable, personnel sympathique, cocktail bon dans l’ensemble, restaurant à thème correct, transat de piscine très confortable. Point négatif : buffet gras et non varié, très peu d’animation surtout le soir, petit complexe, chambre pas toujours nettoyée, coupure d’eau régulière et aucune pression, très régulièrement pas de citron donc pas de cocktail, clientèle assez âgé, piscine non chauffée et froide, transat en bord de mer très inconfortable, hôtel équivalent à un……

“La chambre est quelconque, à notre arrivée : pas de serviette, pas de savon de douche. Le coffre ne fonctionne pas, ce qui oblige de se balader avec passeport et argent. Et le ballon d’eau chaude ne permet pas de couvrir l’ensemble des chambres. Mais c’est surtout l’absence de service qui pose un problème. Aucune réponse à un problème ( pour nous c’est le transfert inter île). Ils vous laisse vous débrouiller. Les gens de l’accueil sont juste bon pour réserver un taxi. Pas plus ”

“I think this resort is a bit overrated. It was obviously nice, it's a 5-star Hilton. But things were ridiculously overpriced. One mojito costs around €15! The breakfast was really amazing, so we thought we would try the buffet dinner, but it was pretty terrible, so would not recommend. Finally, oddly our room had loads of flies.
