「I truly enjoyed the spa services at the resort, but the rooms were small and not well maintained. I had to have my rooms switched due to the furniture being dirty and run down, I would also recommend more of a variety in food selections at the resort because it was limited.」

「An Outstanding Stay with Truly Wonderful People! My stay at the Barceló Hotel was exceptional, thanks above all to its wonderful staff. Everyone was remarkably competent, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. What made my experience especially memorable was the beautiful surprise they prepared for my birthday—a delicious cake accompanied by lovely drinks and heartfelt wishes. Such thoughtful gestures demonstrate that true hospitality comes from the heart. The team made me feel genuinely...

「Hotel is a disgrace , two tier with different guests ! Great staff great country ! Poor hotel」

「This is a great hotel at which to spend a few days discovering Praia. Very walkable to transportation, the beach, some decent restaurants, and the sights. Though the breakfast buffet was consistently good, for any other meal lack of attention to service at the restaurant and bar meant an almost do-it-yourself experience. A late check out option (subject to room availability) was awesome for my 1 am flight! Very helpful front desk staff.」

「Out of a movie scene !! So positively impressed by so many things: this place is so romantic and taken care of. The staff is incredible - thanks again: Pacheco helped so friendly with my luggage, Emma was keen on answering every questions at the reception, there was a welcome table for all the guests with a welcome drink and Gigi explained all the activities, what to do around the island & city and all the perks of the hotel. There are two tennis courts a Minigolf and 3 pools. Breakfast ist very...

「The location is good and the beach&deserts are perfect. As Chinese, the bacon of every morning was all my hopes. I don’t know why It was a little old or raw every time. Other food was OK. Anyway all the western food like the same thing for me, aha😂. Only the shrimp were not fresh. I can say that it was terrible. All the staffs were friendly. I like this hotel and I will come back some day.」

「Very nicd staff. Very good located. Clean and nice beds. Wifi is fast.」

「We are three girls who stayed for two weeks and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was cleaned everyday and that was very nice. The food was allright, and the people who worked in the kitchen/restaurant was very welcoming and helpfull. The best part of the trip was the people who worked with enternainment and activities. We will like to thank Rider, Nick, Ousman, Diego, Erica, Etson, Alex, Awa, Momo, Will, and Frances who made our days funny and memorable with dancing, bingo, volleyball, card...
