“What an awesome stay! The place is nestled in the mountains a few km above Sao Vicente. You’ll need wheels! It is a typical village surrounded by locals - not a tourist in site. The perfect getaway! The property itself was great. Obviously lived in, so you’re in somebody’s actual house rather than a faceless rental. Everything you need is there to cook, clean and sleep soundly. “Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen und super um die wunderschöne Nordseite zu erkunden. Das Apartment hat zwar schon einige Jahre erlebt ist aber super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt einem an nichts um lecker kochen oder sogar waschen zu können. Maria die Besitzerin hatte uns auch leckeres traditionelles Gebäck gebracht und Kartoffeln aus dem eigenen Garten bereit gelegt. Sehr freundlich! Das Apartment können wir wärmstens empfehlen.”

“We loved Vila Toca. It was conveniently situated and within walking distance of shops, bus stops (including the airport bus) and the town centre. Our apartment had plenty of character. The balcony on the third floor was large and lovely for al fresco dining and had good Mountain Views. We also made good use of the swimming pool. The manager responded promptly, helpfully and courteously to messages. The lady who cleaned our room was very helpful and friendly. It was excellent value for money.……

“When I search on Vrbo for properties I found this particular property amazing. When we got there my mild was blown away, I thought I was in a nightmare. We did not stay there as what we bought was not even near what the host presented to us. The jacuzzi was filthy, we were told that the bar and restaurant were not open up until thursday, on facebook there is a monday to friday buffet, same photos always. The entrance to the property was through a bedroom which only had a blind which only half……

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus ist fantastisch!!! Super modern und mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Hügel. Celia war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns an der Tankstelle im Ort getroffen und uns dann zum Haus geleitet, denn ohne sie hätten wir es nicht gefunden. “The entry instructions were clear and easy to follow and appreciated the ability to stay in contact via WhatsApp. We loved apartment no 4 on the 1st floor, very clean and quiet in the evenings which was appreciated for such a central location. We received great service with booking a taxi via WhatsApp to airport and our taxi driver arrived on time, was very friendly and helped with the luggage.
