“Ho prenotato presso questo hotel, quando sono arrivata ho trovato l'hotel chiuso solo con un servizio di sicurezza, il signore ci ha chiamato un bus e ci hanno portati in un altro hotel distante almeno 4 km. La camera che abbiamo trovato dall'altra parte, non era quella prenotata, non c'era,servizio di colazione e non era quello il posto che ci interessava, nessuno ci ha mai avvisato, non abbiamo capito se sono andati in over booking o cosa sia successo.
