“For our purposes, this property was perfect. It was a 5-minute drive to Brevard Music Center, and about a 7-minute walk to downtown. It is well maintained, and definitely a cut above most rental properties. If it’s available, we’ll certainly rent this property on future trips to Brevard. ”

“Incredible cottage with everything you need for your stay. Spent three nights with family of four and two dogs. Perfect space from fully stocked kitchen to outdoor fire pit on the creek’s edge. Close to Cashiers, Highlands and more. Also provides access to Sapphire Valley Resort - even got a round of golf in. When we arrived, fire was going, and everything was ready for us to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend! ”

The kitchen has a great coffee/tea bar and it was stocked with samples for your visit. The owner also left a snack basket that we throughly enjoyed. Checkout was a breeze! ”

“Our family stayed here for a short little vacation and had a blast. The house looks just like the pictures and the fenced in area of the yard was great for the dogs. There is also a doggy door, which I didn’t realize when booking but we loved having it. Its just a short drive to devils fork state park. We rented a pontoon for a day ao the whole family could be on the lake together. We also took a john boat with us and had no trouble parking at the house. The drive way if definitely a little hill……
