A wonderful getaway treat. Bit of a drive to the top but worth it…..we even saw a bear one evening. The deck and fireplace are magnificent.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at Molly's cottage! Sitting many mornings and evenings on the large deck drinking our coffee and just gazing at the mountain views.

Beautiful location for a totally relaxing getaway

My wife and I loved the place. The location and views were spectacular and it was a truly refreshing change from the heat of our home town of Charleston SC. We visited many waterfalls and local area restaurants and wished we could have stayed longer. All in all a grade A experience.

Wonderful stay...after driving a steep drive up the mountain we found it... quiet, private, spectacular views, a grill for cooking out on the main deck, an outdoor fireplace to end the night. The location also afforded many waterfall trails in Cashiers and Highland, yes just perfect,

Short get away

Very clean, well maintained, and supplied well. The views are amazing and the bed was super comfortable! The drive is about 12-13 mins to the top and has some pretty steep inclines, but everything is paved. The best views are at the top!

Another Great Stay

This property is a wonderful place to stay. Molly is an excellent property owner who truly cares about providing an excellent experience. Beautiful Home with Professional Support

Lovely setting, comfortable furnishing

This getaway is in a beautiful setting. The driving instructions up a winding mountain road were very helpful and the house and furnishings were spotless and comfortable. It's the perfect place for a party of two to take in the splendor of the mountains near Cashiers. We had to alter dates and our host, Molly, made that process easy. She was great to work with.

Perfect Couples Retreat

Absolutely perfect for a couple looking for a great hideaway. Quiet and peaceful with the most amazing view. Well worth the drive up the mountain (easy after a couple of times). The apt. is very well designed and a perfect size for 2 people. Has everything you need with exceptional furnishings. Full access to all of the deck space of the main house really puts this rental over the top. Excellent stay - no issues whatsoever.

Beautiful

This place is a hidden gem! We could not have been more pleased - it was perfect. The expansive decks are just lovely, if we weren’t hiking, we were on those beautiful decks reading. We ate all our meals out there. You cannot get those views from a restaurant! We enjoyed every sunset. Everything was so peaceful and perfect. Thank you Molly!

Beautiful Property and Views

My husband and I spent 4 days here for my birthday. The host was always quick to respond to any questions that I had. This property is even better than depicted. The views are absolutely amazing and the home is a beautiful customized craftsman style. All the little extra amenities and special touches were appreciated. The outdoor deck with fireplace and the dining gazebo area just added to our enjoyment of this trip. Hot cocoa on the deck by the fire overlooking a beautiful mountain view was the absolute best birthday ever! Thanks Mollie for an awesome experience.

Top of the Mountain

This property and it’s owners reflect an absolutely stunning place to stay. The property layout utilizes it’s space well and provides great views from every room. All essentials were included in the kitchen and throughout, and Molly the owner even included directions and notes that answered all possible questions. It is very apparent that the owners take excellent care of the property which also includes an outdoor deck area that provides outstanding views in all directions. Our entire experience was so relaxing and enjoyable, and Molly the owner responded promptly and courteously which was icing on the cake to our stay. We will stay here again.

100% as advertised! Perfect spot for a romantic weekend. If enjoy epic sunsets and being lulled asleep by thousands of chirping Katydids, this is the place for you. Bring your hill climbing A game as the road up to 4200ft is not for amateurs.
