A brand-new hotel with beautiful design and atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a small private onsen in the bathroom. The staff everywhere – lobby, concierge, restaurant, bell staff – were warm and helpful. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent, both food and service.

The best luxury hotel I've ever stayed at in Japan. They treat you so kindly the moment you exit the taxi. The customer service sets the bar for great standard. I really enjoyed the stay. The room was very spacious, and very clean. They treat you very well. The breakfast was delicious!

Room Impeccable! Very high standards in service. Front Desk, Concierge, Doorman, housekeeping. Breakfast has to improve how to prepare a Egg Benedict. But again service in Japan is outstanding and in this hotel was amazing!
