I like it when I could micro wave it a little but still cold was fine as I have had them 3x on this trip! Usually when it's full price it is freshest and sweetest! Love it! #delicious

I had a 1 year old with me while my husband was working and they made it quite easy for me in the morning to use the buffet with a child on my own. The room was a little dated and smaller than what I thought it would be for the price but the location is amazing - connected to Sapporo station it’s very easy to get to from the airport. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and gave my son a toy. The spa is also amazing, Dyson hairdryers, good amenities and not too busy.

All the staff in the hotel lobby are exceptionally polite, always greeting guests with warm smiles. The location is incredibly convenient. Every time I visit Sapporo, I make sure to stay here. Housekeeping does a fantastic job—the rooms are spotless!
