Convenient location

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel in Sapporo. I used this hotel for different locations in Japan. It's a decent room. I will definitely use this location again.

Conveniently located right by Sapporo Station, hotel was easily accessible with a short walk from the airport limousine stop nearby as well. Staff was kind and efficient. Rooms reasonably sized and were kept immaculately clean.

After COVID still rocks

This is my second time to stay with Richmond Sapporo Ekimae, amazingly they do satisfied my needs during family trip. Moreover, they even check with your vehicle qualification for parking service in advanced without any incident happen upon arrival. Even the front office intern whom did a superb hospitality for introducing hotel service, simply lovely and for sure will be back for another stay.
